I never left his side. Bugged the heck out of him with questions and he was nothing but professional and patient with me. Answered my questions, then answered my Realtor's questions. My Realtor said he never met an inspector that would let you follow him around like that. We were at the house for almost 6 hours and he never acted like he needed to leave. Very knowledgeable and professional.
