El Toro Mexican Restaurant

Good: Everything about El Toro, The food, is wonderful. It doesn't mean what you order, it is all delicious. The price's are good. The green salsa is so good. Everyone that works there are nice, easy going. Very friendly. El Toro is the only Mexican Restaurant I will go to. I love the one on N. 26th and Pearl in Tacoma. I highly recomend that anyone and everyone goes there!!!!. more

I finally took my kids out to eat here. I had heard good things from my local friends. It's a small place in the Green Firs shopping center, right near Trader Joe's. They were really nice to my kids, everything was clean, and the waitstaff was really sweet, very helpful and patient with a mom and her 3 kids! The food was delicious - really good Mexican food! I had the chicken fajitas, and they don't skimp like other places do - I got a LOT of food). I ordered a taco combo for my boys, and we had plenty of food to go around for all of us...at the great price of only $22! They gave them placemats and crayons to color, chips & 2 dips (their tomatillo sauce was delicious!). Best of all, they only use 100% canola oil and NO MSG! I'd definitely go back! more
