We had been there a few times before with both vehicles...great the first couple times. brought one back in 3 days ago, was told it was the transfer case... the quote was 1300+tax used or rebuild for 1900+tax. We decided to wait and figure out what to do...thats alot of cash to drop. We called a family member to see if he could help (Mechanic) he found the real problem...the fluids of the differentials needed to be changed...so we took it to Jiffylube...$98 bucks. it runs perfect now. We were so lucky we asked for a 2nd opinion because if we had paid that much we really would be hurting and it wouldnt have even fixed it!!!! We are not sure if he didnt know what he was talking about, or if he was trying to screw us over really bad...either way that is too much money and too big of a mistake to ever go back there again. Would never let anyone I know go there. please be careful!!! more
