bought a pair Toms, found defected when wear half day, it was simple problem, drove one hour to the store try return or exchange and buy few pairs more, manager said they don't care, we have communicate with Toms by our self, not with them. making profit for doing nothing, never buy from those retailer again, just spend time to deal with Toms.com only, thanks more

I have never seen such a huge selection of Toms and Uggs!!! Cool store, great prices, and hip salespeople...will definitely go back again and again and again. more

I bought a pair of Uggs from the retailer at their "full price" they offer a 15% discount as the lowest price, but you aren't allowed to return them, it is a final sale. Well, I wasn't sure about my sizing so I did the full price so that I may return them, should the boots not fit. At their full price they also offer a price match guarantee as quoted from their site: "We will gladly price match any competitor's retail price for an identical item within 14 days of purchase. Simply e-mail the link of the competitor's website to CustomerService@Eilatan.com. You will receive a response within 72 hours of your request and where applicable the difference will be applied to the credit card used for the original transaction." I emailed them and they said the item has to be in stock in order for them to do a price match, I wrote back to them and noted that their statement on their website did not mention any such requirements. They still did not honor the price match and are not willing to do as they have advertised on their site. They have a great selection but so do the reputable retailers like Nordstroms and Zappos. Their is another bad post from someone else on insider pages.com, I didn't see it until I posted my review. I guess I've learned my lesson, not to take a chance on buying from an obscure online retailer! They know where to find me to recitify this situation, I will be more than happy to repost a good outcome to this! more

They have shoes ans sneaks. And he salespeople are about as hip as you can get,. But get this, they are NOT snobs. They are really down to earth and great people. So this is one store I am not intimidated to go to, that is not too cool for me. The shoes are cutting edge, but do not break the bank. more

My friend and I shop here all the time to get shoes. I must warn you, it is definitely eclectic. You're not going to find the same shoes and/or sneakers that you'd find in Macy's, Foot Locker, etc. But i think that's a good thing, since I don't like to "see myself coming and going" as they say. The people here really know about the shoes, which is refreshing, since the lines they carry are not ones that everyone knows about. The prices aren't outlandish, either. more
