Great Sandwiches 12/26/2008

Breakfast and lunch mainly, although their sandwiches are good for dinner too. They have some unusual choices like White Cheddar with Curry and Sundried Cherries. You can also customize if not so adventurous. Good muffins and wonderful oatmeal for the mornings. Fantastic coffee, by the cup or by the pound. more

Upclass and Upscale 9/30/2005

They also serve other sweets and special delights. However, they are really known for their chocolate. I must admit that it tastes amazing. Very rich. I prefer the milk chocolate but I have been told that the dark chocolate is much better. Burdick's is really nice to head to when it's cold in Cambridge or snowing out. It's a really good date place. Beware of the lines though. This place is popular. more

Wonderfully tasty sandwiches 8/8/2005

While the menu is limited Black Dog Coffee makes some of the tastiest sandwiches in town, including a cold meatloaf sandwich that is primo. No matter what you do make sure that your accompaniment is one of the frozen blended drinks. The white chocolate raspberry is better than anything you'll find at Starbucks or Coffee Bean. more

Really good sandwiches 7/14/2005

If you want a really good sandwich and you want to walk your dog at the same time, go to black dog. They have a water dish outside and complimentary cookies for your pooch and really awesome sandwiches and coffee. I always get the goat cheese on baguette with pesto. My boyfriend has tried a few now and has liked them all, one of his favorites is a turkey sandwich with sun dried cranberries. Check them out! more
