Name Necklace 9/10/2017

This company is the best I've ever done business with (and I have a lot of jewelry and am 64). The name necklace I ordered is beautiful. Their customer service is unbelievable. Whoever heard of a jeweler who lets you return a name necklace! You will not be unhappy with anything and that's amazing to be able to say. I'll be buying more jewelry here for sure. more

Great company 10/8/2012

I purchased a nameplate necklace last January and I love it !! After ordering it I received in 3 days it was very quick ! About 2 months ago I noticed my necklace was a bit turnished so I called Soul Jewlery to see if they could help me and the service was AMAZING !! The jentleman told me to send it to them and they will take care of it ! And so they did !!!within a few days I got my necklace back and I AM THRILLED ! I am very very happy with this company and I highly recommend them !!!!! more
