I have really little complaints and that is because to stay on top here in Los Angeles, you really have to do a lot.
First the negatives: The rooms have thin walls. That can be a problem with intimacy, obviously. But it can also be a problem with just being yourself, as I could hear what the people next tome were talkign about on the phone. You can not park anywhere but at the hotel at length and it's valet only at $15 a day max. There was a bit of wear and tear on some of the items in the room. it happens, but you don't expect it at a place in the Beverly Hills area.
Ok, now on to the positives: the staff is fabulous, especially the valet drivers. You can walk to the Beverly Center and it's a short drive to great shopping on Robertson (and The Ivy). The rooms themselves are clean, comfy and well designed.
