Satori Day Spa & Salon

Absolutely the most lovely place in town. The interior, the services and the atmosphere were top notch. I'm very picky about who does my hair. After recommendations by several of my friends I took a chance and am very happy with the outcome. more

I really want to like Satori, but I just can't. I keep going back, hoping it will be different, but it's always ordinary at best and disappointing at worst. I've had senior stylists and lower-level stylists, and I've never seen any difference-- they all leave me with a cut that just doesn't look that good and isn't very stylish. I'm not sure if they really keep current on hair trends. The stylists themselves all look lovely, but their hairstyles are pretty basic. I wouldn't say that any of them have particularly fashionable hair. Of course, I realize that's very subjective! In my experience, the customer service has been quite good. Maybe they responded to all the bad reviews? All of the stylists have been very nice. The prices are on the high side but certainly within the range of what I'd be willing to pay for a cut I loved (or even liked fairly well). But the bottom line is that they're just not that good. more

Nothing is consistent at this overly high priced salon, except their high prices. I have been there several times. Cuts and colors vary even with the same stylist. The day spa experience was a farce. The nail tech was more worried about getting her lunch than doing my nails. Don't waste your time or hard earned money here! more
