GREAT SERVICE! 1/4/2013

I shopped Shiekh shoes online and I didn't know what to expect. Now I have shopped the best of the best...Nordstrom's, BCBG...but let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised with my online purchase from Shiekh. The shoes have a GREAT style hard to find elsewhere and you can't beat the price. Sure, they are all man made materials, but the styles are awesome! The shoes arrived nicely packaged, very timely, and in flawless condition AND in the right size. You can't say that about DSW. If you are second guessing buying from Shiekh...don't hesitate to buy from them. I really am very happy with my online purchase from Shiekh. more

The worst online store 11/21/2012

Horrible!!! I ordered several pairs of shoes from abroad and they just sent me defective goods. Sending it back is just more expensive than the cost of those pairs. Very disappointing. They treat people outside US badly. I wrote them 2 messages - no answer. Customer service is awful. Will never buy from this store again :( more

I received my shoes on 1/26. They were in fine condition. One on the bottom looked "worn", but I believe this is because it was the display shoe. Just like as if you were shopping in Burlington. I'm happy with my shoes & the order. Will happily order from them again :) more

So far; Slow. 1/19/2012

I ordered 2 pairs of heels. Never got a confirmation email. But my credit card was credited. (Which by law they must ship items as soon as they take the $) So I called their customer service, spoke to a lady. (She was pretty professional) She said my order was still being processed. Shocked, I thought; ok, fine ill give them til Friday. So I decided to ask if the sizes were available. She checked, and one pair of my heels is on backorder. It's going to take an extra 5-7 days. Good thing I asked! They probably wouldn't have contacted me to tell me. Because I don't think they have a very good customer service to consumer communication. I personally am not in a too much of a hurry for my heels, since I got warmer season styles. But for someone wanting their shoes in a timely matter, this could be very upsetting. So FAR I'm giving them 3 stars. Will update after i receive my order. Just FYI I asked and it takes 3 business days for them to process an order. more

Iam so mad!!! 1/5/2012

This company is really making me upset!!! I ordered my shoes on 12-28-11 and I have yet to hear anything from them!!! I e-mail them left a message and even talked to a rep!!! she told me that she was going to call back!!! Did she?...... Hell no!!! Iam mad as hell for real because, they can at least inform there customers about what is going on!!! I told all my friends and family about this great cheap website!!! This headache is not worth it at all!!!! Iam going to have to take more action on this matter, because they took my money out of my account and I have no merchindise this is a problem!!!! look anybody feeling the same way e-mail me at meyahbp@yahoo.com somebody is going to hear about this!!! BEWARE: No shoes after 2 weeks no response! 12/22/2011

They charged my card but no shoes.....I called the number on my credit card bill, got busy signal most of the time. Got thru once and left a message. never received a order confirmation email and never responded to email. After 2 weeks of waiting and no contact I did a charge back! more

Deserves NO stars 12/6/2011

This company got bad reviews because they're a BAD company. Three weeks later, no shoes, no email, nothing. And when I finally do get through to speak to someone, it's always another dept's faults. Their website doesn't accurately display their stock so half the shoes advertised aren't actually available. If you want your shoes, don't bother shopping here. more

SHEIKH SHOES 8/29/2011

Very first shoe order and 10 days later I was informed that due to a warehouse quality issue, (wrong shoes in the box) the order would take another 5-7 days to process before the shoes are shipped out. Was never contacted about the error until I emailed them them about not receiving a tracking number in regards to shipment. I have requested that the shoes be sent overnight at their own expense. The shoes were purchased for going back to school. Not sure how I am going to explain this to my teenage son! No response yet from Sheikh Shoes. Called the phone number and there is a recording that the store is closed but I was calling during store hours. more

There customer seems to be non-existent no emails or calls are ever returned even after waiting over a week!! Read the other comments. I would rate less than 1 star if I could! more

5 pairs of broken shoes 6/6/2011

No customer service problems, but of the six pairs of shoes ordered, each of them broke on THE FIRST DAY. My teenager only wore them to the bus stop (and home and sitting in class) and we have had broken heels, broken straps, the entire sole coming unglued and falling off...the only reason the we still have the 6th pair is because she hasn't worn them yet. 5 pairs of unfixable shoes in the trash. more

bad service.just ordered some shoes but still haven't gotten a confirmation its been 4 days still haven't heard or received any info on my order.went on their site and it states that my order is still getting processed hasnt even been shipped yet.never ordering from them again.wouldn't recommend anyone to order from their site. more

GREAT 6/2/2011

I shop online like all day, every day. The first time i tried ordering i had a little issue with an error on my zip code. My card was never charged, but the total was block and later released. I tried ordering a second time, and im not even sure if GREAT is a proper word. Im elated. I am so in love with this site, and when i received my shoes I was even happier. All the words i have used to describe shiekh shoes are understatements. I wish i could kiss everyone there lol. I'll be ordering alottttt....Oh and customer service was always great. You do have to hold for long periods at times, but what do you expect when calling a company that deals with customers all day everyday. If i had 3 thumbs to put up, you'd have it. SHIEKH SHOES ROCK!!!!!! more
