Dropped off a watch for a simple battery replacement. No receipt or ticket was provided for the watch.\r
\r
When I picked it up, the guy said ""the hands are a little messed up""\r
\r
Turns out he broke one of the chronograph buttons. As the chronograph was running when the watch was returned, it is very likely he did a quick functional check after closing the case and noticed the chronograph could not be stopped due to the broken chronograph button.\r
\r
The overall demeanor and professionalism of the Bower's staff was not unlike McDonald's cashiers.\r
\r
Made a special trip to Bower's hoping to avoid getting my watch messed up by an irresponsible incompetent teenager at a mall watch shop.\r
\r
Face-palm.
