Williamstowne Senior Apartments

Jacqueline M. \r Had my mom move there 2 years ago. The office staff was polite and explained the benefits of living in the community and have been professional as anyone might expect. My mom feels as though she has more friends and activities than she had in the old neighborhood.\r I feel the whole staff is there for her when I can't be. Also, the apartment is spacious and the layout is open. When work needed to be done it was done in a timely matter and on her schedule . The common areas are kept up in very professional manner.\r \r Thank you for creating a pleasant environment so mom can enjoy the golden years. more

I strongly disagree with the past 2 reviews. The staff at Williamstowne is very professional and courteous and they address any problem you may have. The maintenance staff is friendly and always there when you need work done. The community center is great and you are always welcome to join any activity they are having. Great job Williamstowne!! more

I agree with the posting from Robert G. 1 yr ago. This place should be voted the worst and I by far wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I totally agree stay away. Since moving in here I haven’t had a decent night of sleep, because of the noise from other residents. Management is by far the most unprofessional people that I have ever met; they don’t address any problems that you bring to their attention. The maintenance staff takes forever to get over to your apartment to fix anything and the cleaning staff has yet to ever be seen in my building to clean the hallways & laundry room (I clean my hallway area and I don’t even do laundry here.) \r \r The parking lots are poorly lit up at night and the snow plowing OMG what a joke just terrible and that goes for the shoveling of the sidewalks as well. The grounds look just as bad with trash all over the place. I will be so glad when my lease is up as I will be moving into a place that takes care of their residents and keeps the property up. With what I have seen around here I am ready to call the Health Department and the Housing Authorities. \r more

Williamstowne Senior Apartments claims to be best senior community in Western NY. I dont know who voted them the best because they should be voted the worst! My mother has come into contact with bedbugs and cockroaches while living at Williamstowne. The cleaning staff seldom cleans the hallways and the property is kept in poor condition. It seems like the management office lets anyone live on the property. This community is a joke! Stay away!!! more
