One day while I was driving in the car, the check engine light came on and the car started smoking. I didn't know what was wrong, so I pulled into the nearest auto mechanic, which was Don & Jim's Auto Service Center Inc. They told me what was wrong and they told me how long it would take. It took about and hour and a half, but then the car was fixed. Plus the part didn't cost that much. However, the good thing is they had an air conditioned waiting room with water, a pop and snack machine, and a TV to pass the time. After the hour and a half, they told me what was wrong. The men were very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Plus they were very friendly and nice to talk to. I would definitely recommend Don & Jim's Auto Service Center Inc in Buffalo, NY to anyone with car troubles.

I am a single mom and I depend on my truck to do everything. It's a blue 2003 Chevy Trailblazer that I love and I am lost without it. You can imagine my frustrations when I had no reverse and it wouldn't shift right. I don't know much about cars but I knew it was going to be expensive and my truck was going to be gone for a while.
I had AAA tow it to AAMCO Transmission so they could look at it for free. The guy explained to me that it needed a new transmission and that they had the best waranty available. After doing some research and talking to a few people I decided to do it. The price wasn't the cheapest but not the most expensive either and I got my truck back faster than I expected.
The service was great, the guys were nice and very fast. If your reading this THANK YOU!!!!
Pros: Very fast. Decent Price. Warranty.
Cons: The stress of paying for a car repair just before x-mas.

The company I work for brings their fleet of cars here, and that's how I started coming to this great little repair shop. They're very honest ; once they admitted they could not diagnose the problem I was having, instead of making up some problem. Another time, they had to repair a broken license plate light and it took much longer than expected, but they only charged me for what it should have taken. I've always been very pleased with their work.

The staff is knowledgable, friendly, and have always explained their work in a very down to earth manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone whether they are car savvy or not.

If you want an great repair shop to get any major work done, this is the place. Bob and Don's is very honest and reasonably priced. I took my car in for a tune-up as my car kept stalling out. Bob and Don's took care of the problem that same day for a very reasonable price. They didn't try to sell all this maintenance I didn't need it. I highly recommend this place and send all of my family here when ever we have car troubles!

The staff at this collision shop are very professional and courteous but you pay a higher price for these services. Their staff is knowledgeable and talked to me about the various options to repair the damages. The pricing was based off of genuine parts and non-genuine parts for the repairs. This way they were trying to help with the cost of the repairs. Either way I found out that they were more expensive than some of the other shops in the area.
