Williamstowne Senior Apartments claims to be best senior community in Western NY. I dont know who voted them the best because they should be voted the worst! My mother has come into contact with bedbugs and cockroaches while living at Williamstowne. The cleaning staff seldom cleans the hallways and the property is kept in poor condition. It seems like the management office lets anyone live on the property. This community is a joke! Stay away!!!
