Totally disorganized and awful customer service.\r \r The lady took care of the payment let someone came 3 minutes after me cut the line and told me to ""Just chill!"" and ignored me when I tried to get her attention.\r \r When she finally took my payment later, I questioned her and she started lectured that ""We just all need to be patient."" Did not even apologized until I asked her whether she could at least apologize.\r \r Ridiculous! I would leave 0 start if that is an option. more

I have been going to this car wash for the last 4 years. They changed ownership 2 years ago and in that time I have seen this place get really focused on the customer and clean up their image with good prices and more wash packages to choose from. Not only are their gas prices cheaper than AM/PM a lot of the time, but their service and attention to the customer needs is right on. I decided to get my Escalade detailed there two weeks ago. They offer 4 different Detail Packages with different services to add on, their price I found to be extremely competitive and much cheaper than the normal Detail Salon, the quality of their work was great and my SUV looks like new again. They even had a mint and a free car wash ticket waiting for me on the seat. Hope they keep up the good work for this returning customer! Pros: Fast, Efficient, Friendly, English Speaking, Cute guys! Cons: If waiting a little longer for good service is a con, then so be it! more

This is by far the best car wash I have come across in a long time. They prep your car going in, paying attention to detail, no hurry-up and run you through for the buck. They pretty much hand wash you in the beginning, pressure wash the car prior to entry, they have soft cloth towels inside, hand dry you coming out, dry you again when you go to their interior cleaning area, thorough vacuuming and wipe down, wheels and tries polished and dash and windows CLEAN!! Apparently they are under new management and it shows. Prices came down, service went up. Their gas prices are the cheapest around for a Chevron and they even wash your windows while getting gas. I hope they keep this up as I intend to have my car detailed there next month. Pros: Great service, very detailed, everyone speaks english, $1 off with fill-ups. Cons: Price might be to the high side, but you get what you pay for. more

Passed the White Swan Car Wash in Kirkland many time and even stopped for gas. Never had the car cleaned. What a great deal. Excellent service. Good price. Friendly staff and the car was super clean both inside and out. Kirkland on a sunny day and cute gals too! Stop at the coffee cart while you are there.
