I just moved into the condo 7/17/2014

I just moved into the condo unit on January 2014 that I am renting from Utopia. I loved how it was easy to apply and Nancy was great to work with through the application process and lease signing. She always followed up with us promptly. Maintenance is good too. We had a couple of things replaced that were not working when we moved (heater went out, dishwasher didn't work). Maintenance came out promptly and had the items replaced. I love living in our new place and great management company helps make our living worry free. more

I had the pleasure of meeting one of the workers when he came to my home to repair/replace an outside lighting fixture. He was very polite, courteous and professional. His customer service is A+++ Utopia Management should be proud to have the employees that they do.\r more

We lived in a property 7/9/2014

We lived in a property managed by Utopia Management for a year and it was the best rental experience I have ever had. They fixed items in a timely manner and worked with us once when our rent check was lost in the mail. Very reputable company. more

Talk about water leaks! Just two days ago we had the dry wall fixed from a pipe leak a few weeks ago, and now we have another one! Armando Zapien came out and fixed this one for us! He is so kind and professional. He really helps us to feel better in a frustrating situation and it is nice to know that they always provide us with next day service.\r more

They came over on a Sunday, to address an urgent issue. They were very professional and efficient. When it became clear that the issue requires a specialized approach, They explained it to us, in a straight forward manner, what to expect and they got the job done as soon as they could.\r more

i have been a tenant 6/18/2014

I have been a tenant of utopia management for about 8 months now and so far there have been no complaints! I believe the customer service i have received has been amazing and anything needed to be addressed had been addressed ASAP. I am very happy with the customer service from the Utopia Management staff! more

I am again writing about how pleased I am with Utopia,they have always responded immediately to any maintenance issues.They have always addressed any concerns I have like obtaining new window treatments.I am involved in the customer service industry myself,and I really appreciate how they go the "extra" mile,and I cannot imagine any one being dissatisfied...they have been exemplary,and I have rented exclusively from them for more than eight years. more

I’m taking the time to let you know how much I appreciate the new on-site managers you hired. They have enforced rules and have really made a difference at Plaza Verde. I have been a resident for many years here. But in the time that the new managers have been here I personally have felt more secure even thought there always has been an on-site manager, we have never had the access we have now. I commend you on your wise choice in a great management team!\r more

I have been nothing but satisfied since I've found them. I just rented another unit from them. My last place the owners moved back into so when i knew this was going to happen I right away went to them for another home. Again the best property management company I've ever worked with. more

Utopia MANAGEMENT IS ONE THE BEST 5/15/2014

Utopia MANAGEMENT IS ONE THE BEST in San Diego.. They are very professional and they always take care of problems when they arise.. I have live in one of the many buildings that they manage for three years and I am very great full and happy to be with them..
