Called back right away. Staff arrived on time to review water damage. Estimate via email less than I expected. Scheduled repair quickly, arrived on time and finished early. I am not an expert on these things but the repair looks "invisible" at this time. This means that I can't tell where the original wood leaves off and the repair begins on what was very rotted wood to begin with.

For all you ladies who like shopping at C&B, stop by at their outlet if and when you're on your way to San Diego. This C&B outlet is located in the Carlsbad Premium Outlets off of the 5 freeway. They don't have a lot, but there are some good finds whenever I pop in (especially rugs, placemats, napkins). When they have one of their sale specials the prices are really low.

Breceda Landscape is an excellent and professional company. I highly recommend their services in all areas-including irrigation and landscape design. They moved fast and prompt to finish our yard top to bottom in a week. They worked with us to meet our level of standard and made sure we were happy with their work-start to finish.
