Excellent professional help right from the start. Positive attitude towards leasing speed and the rent that could be generated - which was 20% more than their competitor said I could hope to get! Very prompt and helpful getting the property redecorated prior to leasing, and so far excellent service with the actual leasing. Hope they carry on being this good!... more

They have been particularly good with dealing with the tenants expectations which as we have been overseas for the most part of the management, has been a real help.
