After much research and many phone calls, we decided to purchase a Honda Odyssey. We went to a different dealership at first only to be treated poorly. We live in Carlsbad and decided to try our local branch. We were greeted warmly and felt comfortable there. We highly recommend this dealership. We would like to give special recognition to "Scuba Bob" (actual name on his shirt)the salesman, and to Erin in the finance department.

Just leased the new Audi A4 (awd) this weekend. Great deal, awesome car, powerful engine.
The people at Hoehn Audi are extremely skilled and very welcoming. We were helped by Mike Paterson he was extremely helpful and has an amazing knowledge of the cars. During the testdrive you can really get a good feeling of the car.

We purchased our vehicle from Bob Baker with no problems and have been taking our car for oil changes and maintenance ever since. At one point, the service wasn't so great but now it's above average. The best part is that since it's located by the Carlsbad outlets, you can shop while your car is being serviced and they'll call your cell number when it's finished.

OK, so I thought I would never write a positive review of a car dealership. I have been there twice to service my Ford Escape, and it's been great and reasonably priced! I even got estimates from other garages the first time and the price was great at Ken Grody. They have a courtesy shuttle and it was was fast--I only had to wait a couple of minutes. They checked on recalls, were thorough in the evaluation of the problem, delivered the car as promised on time, didn't even charge for one item once. They called afterwards to make sure I was happy. Happy?!? I was in shock! What a great place.

If you're looking for a Buick or Cadillac, this would be the place to go in North County. The service is top notch and low pressure, and they always have a nice selection of cars to choose from. They are definitely a new breed of auto sales? I went looking for a brand new car...I was by myself because I just wanted to check them out....they were awesome! Very laid back...I told them I just wanted to see what my options were and would need to speak with my husband before buying anything. I drove about 12 cars...I would tell them 'no...I don't need to drive it' but they insisted....they were very sincere...and told me pros and cons.....even told me pros about the least expensive car I was looking at and cons about the most expensive one.....they totally had me sold on my first visit there...but not on a particular car...on their service!

I don't know about you, but I don't like the car buying process at most dealers. It takes too many iterations and too much time to reach a deal. Yes, it's a Lexus dealer and you should have higher expectations. We did and they exceeded them. We quickly found the car we were interested in, agreed on price and were out the door in record time. And, yes the salesman followed up to be sure we were happy with the car. Recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a high quality car. It was worth the drive from San Diego.

This dealership is wonderful. The sales managers are super nice and want to find the best deal for you. The finance guys are easy to work with and very informative. The service department is great and you get a loaner car while your vehicle is being serviced.

We recently went to Hoehn Honda to buy a 2005 Honda CRV, knowing that this was the car we were interested in. The salespeople weren't pushy at all (at least no the ones we came into contact with). They gave us a great price, including the warranty, that we couldn't turn down. We were originally going to shop around for a better deal, but their offer was so good, we took it!
