Quickly find the tenants for my property. The service is excellent with the agents working really hard to get viewings. They were also very courteous, punctual and friendly. They were happy to offer advice on all rental matters, returned calls promptly and kept me informed of every stage of the process. It makes the whole process of renting out as painless as possible. more

Great Management 11/13/2015

I have no hesitation to recommend Utopia Management Inc. to landlords.They are polite ,professional and know the market very well. I have had lots of information when ever I needed it and they always ring you back the same day. Their online account manager means you have your paperwork at any time you need it. I use the rent collection service as well. They provide me with a monthly account and it takes the hassle out of the whole process. more

Utopia Management Inc. , good marketing and communication with me. No unnecessary viewings - i.e showing potential tenants when the property was outside their price bracket. Good negotiating re-rental rates. Timely communication/e-mails and getting contracts signed etc. more

Utopia Management Inc helped me to rent out my 2-bed new build flat. This is my second property let with Utopia Management Inc and I thought they did a great job again - they were able to find the type of tenant I was looking for and get me asking price in just over a week after the property went on the market. Impeccable Management Service 9/2/2015

I invited Andrew from Utopia Management Inc. to value our family home for rentals. We picked a handful of agents to value the property and Andrew was easily the most impressive. He didn't carry himself like a 'typical real estate manager' he seemed down to Earth and we will definitely be instructing Utopia Management Inc. to rent and manage our property when we complete on our new home. Awesome Management 8/12/2015

They rented to me what may have been the best value in Sand Diego. A couple prospective tenants even asked me what was wrong with the unit because they couldn't believe the low rent. The only reason I moved was because I needed a bigger place. On top of scoring on a great rental, the property management was superb. They were super responsive to all issues that came up including a broken faucet, microwave replacement and a stove issue (the unit was an older one). Kudos all around! more

I have rented my apartment for the last year and a half, and I can't express how much I loved the area, my apartment, and Utopia Management Inc. Renting from them was so easy, and They went above and beyond to help get me into the apartment and once rented, to get situated there. Utopia Management Inc. always responded very quickly to any maintenance requests I put in, usually responding within 24 hours! It has been a great experience, and if I ever need to rent in the San Diego area, I will definitely consider Utopia Management Inc. more

I rent a house managed by Utopia Management Inc. We've lived here for a few years now and every single time something comes up - a clogged drain, an electrical problem, an annoying neighbor with a broken car alarm - They always immediately responds to every email and provides solutions to the problems in hours - not days - hours. They're by far, the best landlord I've ever had. If you're considering renting a property managed by them, don't hesitate for a second. They're good folks. more
