My mother-in-law's buick was at the dealer-Conley Buick; they said $350.00 and three days to repair the shifter. I asked John at A-Z about it. After hearing my description he told me to come to his shop. He had one of his techs get inot my car and ride over to the dealer. We picked up the car, drove it back to A-Z. John had it ready it 35 minutes and for $135.00! I tell everyone this story!!!! DAve B. more

I went in for a new battery, they charged me $37 for a diagnostic test and $90 for a new battery. I compared their prices after wards and found that they were way over priced and their warranty was limited. When I called to inform them of what their competition was offering (because I was a previous customer and a customer who suggested their shop to others) the owner brushed me off and began to get angry. He insisted that he only made $30 on the whole deal and that I wasn't worth the hassle. He also claimed, he pisses $30 away in a night. DO NOT BE FOOLED...he seems like a very nice person, but he is rude and doesn't care about his customers. If he thinks $30 is where the transaction stops with two cars nine years old, then he is wrong. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN, AND I URGE YOU NOT TO EITHER. more

It is a small place. I went there to check my engine since the checking engine signal was on. They charged me a big amount, but found out nothing!!! They couldn't tell what was wrong, but no refund!!! Even worse, my CD player no longer worked when I picked my car. My CD player was pretty good before I sent in my car. I had no idea what they had done with my car. But they said they don't repair that and refused to admit that it's their fault. Very Rude! So, I had to go to other place to fix it which costed me $100!! I swear to god I will NEVER EVER go there again! You could change oil/tires there if you want, but don't expect they can handle some complicated tasks, and don't be surprised if they make it worse!!! more
