I am glad to have him as my doctor. I have been a patient of Doctor Tornado for a while now. There was a point I wasn't too keen with him, BUT he is good at what he does and I was extremely grateful to him after my youngest I had a really bad infection from the cesarean but he was the only one to see immediately that I needed help and got me well within a few days if I kept doing what I was given as pill for antibiotics I may have died from the infection. I see him again now for this one and I trust him whole heartedly I don't want to see anyone else. I know my baby and I are in good hands. more

Dr Torrado has been nothing but wonderful to work with. He is easy to talk to and makes his patients feel very comfortable. I would recommend him anyone I know. more

Dr. Torrado is the worst gynecologist ever. He refused to look at an ultrasound film I brought with me and insisted on doing his own transvaginal ultrasound. He was brutal when he did it, it was very painful, and I bled afterwards. I also got a UTI afterwards, which he dismissed, until I insisted on a test, which confirmed it. He gave me the wrong diagnosis (he said I had five fibroids, when I only had one, which was clearly visible on the original ultrasound film). I could not run away fast enough when he said that HE would of course do my supposedly needed surgery. On top of it all he was horribly condescending and dismissive.\r A terrible doctor who should not be practicing medicine on women.\r more

I had a few appointments with him in the beginning of my pregnancy. He is rude. It was not unusual that I had to wait 1.5 hrs and he spend literally 5 min with me. He'd ridicule if I had any concerns related to my pregnancy and state he'd not be willing to practice ""fear medicine"" when I asked him if I needed a test to double check something. I'd never recommend him, he has a horrible manner and is an unpleasant person beside the fact that he is to take care of pregnant women. more

Friendly, Competent, compassionate from the reception thru to the doc. I WAS going to obgyn ass.of Ithaca, tolerating the consistently rude reception and in compassionate doctors, tolerating their strict policies.Finally I found CAYUGA WOMENS HEALTH. Dr Torrado is intelligent, reassuring, patient , wonderful. Hannah the NP is perfect,the reception and nurses are friendly.I can not express how happy I am that I found them. You feel welcome from begining to end. I only wish found them 20 years ago. more
