manager insisted that i had to replace all 4 tires on my bmw. refused to replace just the one that was flat. called bmw, need to replace all tires is ONLY on some models with run flat tires. bmw installed the single tire for me so tires plus was obviously full of sheet. tires plus tried to scam me plain and simple. i will never go back. Pros: none available Cons: misleading more
