FURNITURE SELECTION 9/19/2011

Good: They have a large selection of furniture, a little bid of everything and the service is great.. Bad: I needed a sofa right away but they won't sell me the display model because it was one of the best sellers of the store. It doesn't make sense does it?. Improvements: They need s good sign to let people know that there is a furniture store, no visible signs.. Other: Prices are great but the turn around time for orders varies from one week to eight weeks depending of the product.. more

Poor Customer Service 7/18/2011

Extremely poor customer service, extremely late delivery, unapologetic and unprofessional. They say they use a company for deliveries but its just random guys that are friends of the workers. When I asked for the business name of the delivery company they wouldn't provide it, so probably not bonded or insured. Bad experience. more

Great Service 10/1/2009

Good: They Have a great selection of furniture to feet everybody needs at very affordable prices. If they don't have the items your are looking for on their showroom, they will help you find them and always at the right price.. Bad: Most of the time is busy and hard to find a parking spot but there is a city parking lot half block away from the store so it helps.. Improvements: It needs a bigger showroom to add more baby furniture, the selection on their catalogs are great don't get me wrong.. Other: The service is great, the employees are always ready to help you and get all your questions answered. Oh! don't forget to pay with cash, they will pay the tax for you.. more

its a great furniture store with lots of varity sofas mattresses table sets and so on its a fine furniture store with prices that are unbelivable the owner there is a great guy who will cut you a great deal more

Odd Location 7/29/2005

Timbuktu is a small furniture store located 1 block behind the Paseo Nuevo Mall. It has a GIANT arm chair out front to draw in potential customers. I was unimpressed by the selection, but the manager did find me the name of a chair repairman in the area so I didn’t have to buy a new chair! more
