This is the best hospital that we have in our area. The facility is very clean and is decorated in a relatively modern manner. The equipment at this hospital is state of the art. You can go to this hospital and feel secure in the fact that if something were to go wrong, your doctor would have access to the best equipment available. The nurses are usually pretty good, although we have had a couple of instances of having nurses with a bad attitude, but I guess that is to be expected at any hospital that you go to. You will always have one or two bad experiences with someone working there. If you ever have to have surgery or any other procedure done, I would highly recommend Cottage.

I have known Nancy Warner for three years as an instructor for my Western Clinical Medicine courses. I have a great deal of respect for her and would actually prefer to see her myself, but she isn't covered under my insurance plan. She has great attention to detail and is very straight and up front about what needs to be done and doesn't beat around the bush. That being said, she is a compassionate woman who cares deeply about her patients and is strictly confidential. She is also open to acupuncture and other healing modalities. If you are looking for a NP, I would definitely recommend Nancy.

I went to Urban Optics for my yearly eye exam and to look for some new glasses. Dr. Jay and his assistant Robin were very friendly and so helpful throughout my experience. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and even helped me to pick out some awesome new glasses! I was looking for a fun change, and I get compliments on my new glasses all the time. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for patient and personal service, and a great selection on eyewear. The best part is, they also took my insurance!

Rocio is office manager, not a doctor. This Med Center location is open 365 days per year 24/7 8am-8pm and an appointment is not necessary. The convenience of an emergency room without the high cost. The Med Center, Inc. has two other locations in the local area; one on Milpas Street and one on Fairview Avenue. Doctors always on duty, but various doctors rotate duty different days of seven day week. The best doctor at State Street office is Dr. Wm. Meller, available Tuesdays, Thursdays, and (by appointment) also Sundays (call to verify his hours/days). Dr. Meller is world class in diagnostics (most important) and all other areas. Other doctors here are good for bruises, cuts, broken bones, immunizations, sore throat, etc. Try to see Dr. Meller for the best care.

Very professional and friendly. Lisa is a total sweetheart who makes you feel very comfortable, which can sometimes be hard at a gynecologist's office. The staff are very nice as well and not afraid to hold a conversation. All in all, the office has a small, personal feel to it that is kind of hard to get in such a populous area.

Luxury at its finest. They rooms are beautiful. Some of the rooms have bathtubs with shutters so you can look out into the room and out the windows or see the television. The resort is gorgeous. There is a spa on the premises as well as a restaurant and bar. Everyone is very accommodating and you feel so pampered.

Dr. Jones is a neurosurgeon that I saw for a back injury. I really liked the fact that he really knew his stuff. I had been to a couple of industrial doctors who kept telling me I just had a strain and when I went to Dr. Jones, he did a very quick examination and told me he could tell I had a ruptured disc and told me at what level it was. He then confirmed it with an MRI. I had been having severe pain and difficulty walking and then Dr. Jones did an arthroscopic outpatient surgery to remove the disc fragments and I walked out of the hospital. I have been very grateful for Dr. Jone's competence, skill and knowledge. The only negative thing I can say is that Dr. Jones doesn't have much of a bedside manner, but I don't care as long as he knows what he is doing.
