Best Style in Atlanta 8/12/2009

Guys, if you want to shop for your girlfriend, wife, fiance, etc, this is one stop shopping. I have never bought something at the Fickle Manor that my significant other did not absolutely completely love. JJ got a style all her own, and trust me, it will look fantastic on your girl. Give it a shot. I promise you will be back! Pros: Very hip shop, hip clothes, hip accessories, and hip owner! Cons: Cons? Are you kidding me. This place is incredibly cool. more

No matter the season, I always find pieces to accent and update my wardrobe. The Fickle Manor is a boutique that is actually affordable in this economy and with a terrific selection. Best Boutique in Highlands 11/28/2006

Fickle Manor is absolutely the most fabulous boutique in Virginia Highland. JJ Tomlinson, the blond beauty owner, is a customer service diva. Her lines are well thought out and fun. You cannot beat the chic dress selection for the holiday and summer seasons! This hidden GEM is a must for your shopping extravaganza. Pros: Fun ambience with no pressure sales staff.. great lines! more

Great Customer Service-Nice Dog 11/22/2006

I stopped in The Fickle Manor the other day to buy something for my sister...Being greeted by the dog as I walked through, Manor, was her name, let me know right away it was not one of those uptight stores you go into. I do not know anything about womens clothing and apparel, so it was nice to find the owner very knowledgable of the different artists and designers displayed throughout the store and willing to explain the subtleties of each. There were a lot of customers in the store while I was there and she took the time to speak to everyone and answer any questions they had. I remember one lady in particular being louder and more demanding than everyone else and the owner could not have been more courteous to her. It was nice to finally see someone who genuinely cares about their customers individual needs. So I would highly recommend everyone stopping by The Fickle Manor and see for yourselfwhat a great store it is...If youre lucky you might even get to meet Manor. more

My favorite boutique! 6/20/2006

Best Boutique in town! 6/15/2006

I was so excited to finally find a boutique that has designers like Eva Franco and Alice and Trixie! All of the clothes that they carry are adorable and the staff is friendly and helpful. I am getting married soon and I was able to find my entire honeymoon wardrobe and the coolest jewelry all in one place. I highly recommend The Fickle Manor!!!! more

Thank YOU! 6/14/2006

I am a person that hates going to the mall, and have become very dependent on the boutiques that I frequent. I always have such a great experience when I go ito the Fickle Manor. I am greeted with a smile and I love seeing Manor's sweet face when I walk in the door. I never leave there feeling hasseled. It is such a laid-back shopping environment, where you can meander around and not feel like you are being followed the entire time. They have a wonderful selection of jewelry and clothes that you feel pretty and relaxed in. If I am in a hurry to find an outfit for a Friday night or a birthday gift for a friend....I know I will always leave there with something in hand that I will love. Thank you FICKLE MANOR for giving us a great place to shop at the last minute or days ahead! You are truly a great establishment in Virginia Highlands! Oh Yes...and thank you for not making me go to the mall. Pros: No hassel more

Great place to find your gal a gift! 11/6/2005

The Fickle Manor is a terrific place to go if you (like me) never know what to get your girlfriend. The proprietor (I think her name is JJ) is super sweet, patient and utterly helpful. The prices are affordable, the selection is strong and hip (so my girlfriend says!) and it is in a great part of town. A great place to shop! Pros: Selection, Friendly, Affordable more

Great selection- poor service! 5/2/2005

I decided to stop by The Fickle Manor very last minute. I was dressed in sweats after taking my kids to school, soccer practice, etc! It was one of those days that my hair was pulled back and I had no make-up on- not looking my best. I was the first in the store and the last to be helped. I believe it was because of the way I was dressed that day- a mom on the go! However- I did by a cute dress and some accesories which I adore. My advice to the sales staff is to please not ""judge a book by it's cover""! Pros: GREAT SELECTION Cons: not friendly more

Hidden Jem! 4/2/2005

I love this store, its farther down on N. Highland then most of the other shops but its worth every trip! They get new merchandise every week and I have a hard time sticking to my budget. The customer service is great, very attentive but not like they are trying to buy you. Great selection of very hip clothes ( I always get compliments!) and some perfect handmade jewelry. This is worth a look. I promise it will warrant many return trips. more

Great Place to shop! 2/25/2005

This is a great store that has tons of cool clothes and stuff. They carry are Jill Stuart, Liquid, Cousin Johnny, To The Max, Red Engine, Poleci, Silver, Blu Cult, Tibi, and David & Goliath. The Fickle Manor is a great place to shop for a cute gift, hip clothes or accessories. Pros: variety of clothing, unique merchandise, laid back atmosphere more

Great Customer Service! 2/11/2005

Today, last minute of course, I was shopping for a Valentine's Day gift for my fiance. The owner of Fickle Manor was absolutely wonderful. She provided excellent guidance and within a few minutes, I had a great outfit, with accessories, and, within my budget. Any of us, in any type of business, could benefit from following her example of customer service. It was nice to see. Pros: Customer Service, Wide Selection more
