On 31 Dec.2013 I had taken my 2012 Jeep Cherokee to Larson DJCR to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. I should state that I bought the vehicle and the service package from Larson. First off, the tried to get me to sigh some paper work stating that I would pay $60 for the services. I had made it perfectly clear that I had the service package. So then, they come back with new paper work stating that I would pay $25. It got to the point where I had to call the number on my service contract. They informed me that both the oil and tires were covered and that I shouldn't of had a problem. This is not the first nor the second problem I have had with Larson, and I am not the only one. Just sit in there waiting room for a while and listen to the other customers. I have never had this problem at Tacoma DJCR and I haven't heard customers complain. I just do not understand why Tacoma DCJR has such good customer service whereas other DCJR do not. From now on I will be taking and buying my vehicles from Tacoma DCJR. Thank You.
