The experiences I've had with customer service in the service department has been nothing but the best,5 stars. The whole staff there is that very professional and courteous. I've worked with Nate a few times but I mostly dealt with Rachel she's the top. Good job to the staff at Dodge! more

Overall very pleased with our purchase. Didn't like the extra hidden costs that added onto our monthly payment. Though it was a choice we wanted to be protected. more

I went in for a oil change during the week and they got me in without a problem and had my oil change done with all fluids and air pressure up to standard...all in all it was quick and easy more

Great service dept and sales staff 2/13/2014

Bought my 07 Durango from you and have it service there. While waiting, Casper in sales approached us as we were looking at new cars and we had a pleasant conversation about a new vehicle. Casper wasnt pushy but more converstational about trade ins, payments, discount plans, etc. We would like a new vehicle but we are so close to paying off that we dont want another payment. He was very kind and professional. more

we had very positive relationship with our salesman along with good followthru when some things were not right with our new car. Our salesman was beyond helpful and we will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase. Service Dept has also been prompt and helpful. more
