Read the reviews...it doesn't matter where the store is located...you get the same treatment!\r There is only one word I'd use....RUN! This company is the absolute worse company to work with in buying flooring. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They got the date all wrong by three weeks to deliver my hardwood, there was no communication telling me the flooring had to be shipped from Texas, therefore delaying the shipment, and then when they delivered the goods they literally dumped it on the curve...in their words...we don't provide white glove service to take the 200lbs of wood up into your standard garage. There are no words in the English language to describe this company. Buy somewhere else! more

We found a flooring that would work for our budget. Its a cherry wood. Its very tough, I have dropped a few things on it and it didn't dent. The color has darkened up though. I didn't notice it until I moved a plant the other day and its lighter under it. The salesperson said that my floor changes color more than most. I would say to anyone that gets the cherry make sure to move your rugs around so you don't have color change. Otherwise its easy to clean and makes the room feel much more peaceful. We live in a modest home and because of allergies we pulled out our carpets and replaced them with flooring from Simple Floors. We used the least expensive laminate - $.69sf. in part of it. It has been in over 3 years and the quality and durablity are excellent. We also installed another area in their handscraped african black walnut. Both of these floors are of superior quality and we have had no problems with them and love the simplicity of cleaning them. These were at the best price that we could find anywhere. It is seldom that you can find quality at a good price but we did at SimpleFloors. Thank you SimpleFloors for making flooring affordable! more

Helpful and was the lowest price I could find. The colors were better and installation was arranged and went well. All in all I would do again and I got a good deal more

The store is beautiful with no real samples of floors- only glue together pieces. I ordered laminate and the ordered said I need to pay 25% restocking fee in case of returns. The delivery came 2 weeks later. The QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT IS SO POOR... they call it unique!!! I have 2 very experienced handymen. They were shocked- they haven't seen as poor quality floor as that. From 10 pieces probably only 2 were able to fit together. IT WAS JUST USELESS. I returned the product and SIMPLEFLOORS doesn't want to return my money. It's an absolute scam- they make their money on returns. I bought floor from Costco later- the quality difference is just shocking. Of course honest merchants like Costco wouldn't think to make you sign 25% return policy- they know you will like their product! Pros: useless floors, bad quality product, can not be installed, they thrive on returns as they keep 25% of the money more

Visiting the store is a great experience but this is a very misleading marketing. The store doesn?t have real samples except several preassembled and glued pieces!\r \r The product is such an exceptional bad quality that the pieces of laminate don't fit together. I couldn't install it and I have very experienced contractors doing the job. \r \r I returned the product but the company is charging me 25% restocking fee plus twice the shipping fee.\r \r Beware! This is a very bad quality product even the store looks great. Simple Floors has some of the nicest looking and different looking flooring around. Whether the quality is any good I don't know. Based on my experiences with their sales people and customer relations people I suspect the wood will fall apart in short order. This is the worse retail outlet I have ever dealt with. They are deceptive and incompetent. They tell you one thing and then pull a switch and bait. On a scale of 0-10 they are sub-zero. Pros: nice looking wood Cons: deceptive business practices more
