Sherry is very dishonest. Due to emergency circumstances I had to rebook with another airline which I purchased both tickets through Sherry the first airline fully refunded the ticket but had to issue the refund to through sherry since that is Saudi Airlines policy to refund through the agent. $1500 refund was sent back to sherry and she refunded me back only $400. I had to make calls on daily basis to get that $400 from her. Most of the time she would pretend that it was not her behind the phone and that she will take a message and ""sherry"" will call me back. AVOID SHARZAD TRAVEL.. SHE LIES AND CHEATS PEOPLE!! more

I bought a round trip business class ticket from Shahrzad travel agency. They over charged my credit card by over $700 and then denied it. Told me the ticket is refundable and then it was not. She was not even willing to change the flight when we could not travel due to illness. She basically told us we lost the ticket and she can't even change our flights for a future flight. She lies thru her teeth. Worst travel experience ever. Don't do business with them and tell everyone to avoid and stay away from these scam artists. Everything they say are lie. Don't trust what they say, Don't pay them a penny unless you have everything in writing from them first. Then buy your ticket from someone else. Amazing that they are still in business. more

Had to go Tehran to Father's funeral, desperate for ticket, also contacted Shahrzad, she act like she cared and even gave me the price ($1350) and stole my trust, she told me she will call in about 2 hours with my confirmation #. in the mean time I tried to chk my alternative options, got several options, because I called her first I wanted give her the business first, from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM she played time game with me (I am trying to get your confirmation # game) to stall my time and increase the price, around 1:00 PM I realized her Game and took one of other options which I had but didn't tell her (just to proof my suspension to her), around 5:30 PM after several phone calls to her she told me that ticket price will be $2850 instead $1350, I told her the story and she got mad and verbally abusive, in spite me asking her not to call me again, but she called 3 more times begging to sell me a ticket, which I already purchased from somebody else for almost 1/2 her price. Shahrzad is by far the best travel agency I have ever used. The staff is very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond what is expected, even though my expectations are very high. more

They probably only work with Iranians who use them because they speak their language. I do not see any other reasons to use them. They are rude and make you feel like an idiot when you ask a question. They treat the client very poorly and feed them lies, no follow up. You have to call them if you want to know what is going on and when you call them they feed you a bunch of reasons why they have not gotten your ticket yet. Poor service. They run their business like if they were still in Iran, talk a good game and under deliver. more

Sharzad Travel Agency is a scam. I am not sure how they are in business. I purchased a $3600.00 business ticket from them which I could not use. The airline did not allow my mother to board due to the way the connecting flight was schedule and had to return from the airport. When I called to get an explanation, she started using profanity, and calling us stupid for not having been able to get on the plane. I have attempted calling several times more to see what I can do to get reimbursement and all she does is hang up the phone on me. She is a disgrace to the community. more

Unfortunately they are operating with the same culture of deceive and lie, do not trust anything they say unless in writing. I purchased two tickets to Iran on July, 2010 and made sure they were confirmed and they said yes, but unfortunately it was not true. We had our worst travel experience our confirmation was not done right and we had to spend a full day in Amsterdam's Airport and sometime in Pari Airport to get our situation taken care of. Just be careful with people who import this kind behavior from their countr. more
