I've never been to this florists as I live about 3 hours from in the area. I chose them the first time because of the length of time they've been in business--anyone around for a years must be reasonably honest and dependable. I know for a fact that they deliver what has been ordered, that the arrangement is not only beautiful, but also fresh, and lasts, and that their representatives at the phone lines are polite, helpful, knowledgeable and are willing and able to help in any situation specially ordering flowers in a rush...I definitely use them again... more

They are amazing! 5/2/2011

This is not just a flower shop. These people are artist! With this florist you don't get arrangements, you received designs. They are amazing!Every flower arrangement you'll received from was really fantastic and looks fabulous in very reasonable price..! I highly recommend them to anybody..Thanks more

I recently had to order flowers for a funeral service and wasn't familiar with a flower shop in the area but chose this flower shop because of their years in service. I only had a days notice to get the flowers to the service, but the girl who helped me on the phone was very polite and helpful and assured me they would be delivered on time. I received a followup e-mail when the flowers had been delivered and just received a note today from the family thanking me for the "exceptional flowers that were sent to the service". I will definitely be using them again in the future. more

When a customer is not pleased, that it is made right 5/2/2011

I have used this florist in the past and always been pleased with the flowers and service. This time, when my cousin asked about a shop to send me flowers, I gave him their information. I was disappointed and let this florists know of my disappointment through their survey. I received a prompt email saying that my arrangement would be replaced. It was - and it is beautiful. That is true customer service - when a customer is not pleased, that it is made right. I will use them again - and recommend them, too. more

Great job guys! I was looking for something special for a dear friend who just moved to a senior living facility and you made it happen. The dish garden you prepared was absolutely beautiful. My friend was not only surprised when the delivery was made --- she was overjoyed with the selection of lovely plants you chose for her dishgarden. I will keep your number readily available for future floral needs in the area. Great customer service.Congratulations!!! more

Great service 5/2/2011

Great service. Called at 8:00am on a Saturday to get flowers for my daughter's new apartment. Flowers delivered by 10:00am.The flowers arrived right on time My daughter loved the arrangement. She was thrilled, so I definitely will use this florists in the future. Of course I highly recommended this guys for such a great job... more

The flowers turned out beautiful 4/6/2011

The flowers turned out beautiful and so way below budget we had calla lillies and blood red roses with gerber daisies they made it so easy for us. I would highly recommend them not only for their do it yourself service but also for just purchasing their normal flowers. Seeing how it is done in the background gives me such a respect for what they do. more

It was the most fun you could have 4/6/2011

It was the most fun you could have it was such a stress breaker, we were allowed 4 people and we paid extra for 4 hours and 2 hours with a designer and they kept the flowers in the cooler for us and delivered them to our hotel on the wedding day. Everyone there was great and they helped us even after our two hours. more

Everyone needs a high quality service 3/15/2011

Everyone needs a high quality service and lovely flowers as well. This company already has all this set of services and flowers..I mean as what I had experience..This company impressed me much.They knew what they are doing. they are very helpful specially when you want a customized arrangement they were very helpful to make your flowers more beautiful and elegant. The Sales staff are also friendly and accommodating one..thanks guys more

It was amazing services I placed the order 9:05am and I want them to deliver the two flower arrangement to my wife and to my mother at exactly 1:00 pm and Both delivery arrived on time as indicated time range. Wow It was very prompt service I had in this company. I surely recommend this company for their great quality services. more
