Ruby's Cleaners

This is the WORST dry cleaner I have ever seen. The first time I took clothes there they lost 2 items and pressed a pair of silk pants incorrectly and ruined them. They showed no concerned and offered no compensation at all. I didn't frequent them for 3 years. This past week I tried them again. I went in to pick up my clothes at the appointed time and once again: they have lost two items and pressed an extremely expensive pair of linen pants incorrectly. Neither the clerk NOR the manager in the central office expressed concern or remorse. I will NEVER frequent them again and strongly advise against taking your business there. Poor service, cavalier attitude and they seem to think it is no big deal to simply lose and damage clothes. more

I have never given a review on any of these sites but I had to warn people. I gave Ruby's three strikes and now I am extremely upset and disappointed. I wanted to use Ruby's since it is right next to my daily coffee fix and the connivence was unbeatable. First, they managed to get white marks all over my grey sweater (almost looked like bleach). Second, it took them a week and a half to dry clean a dress for me. Third, and now I am livid, they destroyed a very expensive Anthropologie sweater beyond repair. The sweater came out with stains that it didn't have when it went in! If you are looking for a dry cleaners in the area avoid Ruby's at all costs! I am just hoping that another competent dry cleaning service can fix Ruby's hideous mistake. Pros: nice employees Cons: horrible cleaning and takes forever more

Rarely do I visit this dry cleaner and do so on occasion because there are no other shops close to my home. The cleaning is often poorly done, the service is very slow. It sometimes takes forever to find an order when you go to pick up. Often clothes are not ready when pick up day arrives. I feel they take on more thsn they can handle. Pros: Alterations dept very good. Seamstress very nice. Cons: Slow, poor cleaning and service more
