For as funny as the name might sound, Pianos N Stuff carries a pretty impressive assortment of pianos, keyboards, and other musical instruments. My family stopped here when we were in search of a piano and found their staff to be quite helpful. Prices here are pretty high, though, so I'd check around. If you're looking for an upright model, I suggest calling Duquesne School of Music and asking when their next piano sale will take place.

Although tuition may be outrageously high, it is definitely worth the opportunies CMU offers. There is a great career program to enter after you graduate from Carnegie Mellon which helps you find a starting job. Also, It is a wonderful place to go if you are interested in research in Psychology, business, or Computer Science. The programs are all wonderful and the environment is gorgeous.

Great campus, one of the nicest inner-city campuses I've ever seen.
The classes are great, and the academics are improving every single year in almost every single department.
The on-campus events are decent, although I never cared much for the bands they bring to Bigelow Bash and the WPU...
Good nightlife, plenty of fun to have on or off campus at frats, bars, house parties, clubs, whatever..
Go Pitt.

More
This is one of the best community schools in the Pittsburgh Public School District. All of the students walk to school, so this saves on busing. The enrollment is between 80 and 90 children in grades kindergarten thru 5th grade. The school is situated on a quiet street in the Bon Air section of the city. There is a play ground across the street. The school also it accessible from the trolley located about a block and a half behind the school. Most of the teachers give 100 percent to teaching at this school. They even spend free time helping to tutor students after school. They assist in after school actives too. They have a yearbook club. There is a pto that organizes actives for the student's all year. They hold a noodle night every year to invite the community into the school and they serve a dinner. It is a shame that our new Superintendent of the Pittsburgh Public School District wants to shut this school down. All that it seems that he cares about is the numbers. This school is not a under preforming school either. He pervers to bus our children all over the city.

I searched for a true muay thai school in Pittsburgh for nearly a year, before I found the only competent one out of 4 places. The Sit-Dragon Leg team has real fighters and trainers. The other places were just traditional martial arts schools looking to make a buck and claiming they had experience.

The front desk service is excellent. All the girls are very sweet and willing to help with anything you need. There is always a treadmill available for use and a parking spot they have several places you can park for free which is rare in Oakland. Great changing facilites, such as free lockers and free towel service, and you cant beat it for the price. Variety of classes with amazing instructors. Great student and UPMC discounts. AND tanning it dosen't get much better.
Pros: EVERYTHING
Cons: Returing calls promptly

Pros:
1st floor is a great place to meet up for group projects
There are quiet study areas/study tables
Good movies to watch in the basement film room
Cons:
Too much stuff to sift through
Most of it from 1950
Film room is creepy (you sit in these little tables with headphones on, looking at a small monitor and its dark)
Final Summation:
Its a passable college library, but I wouldn't go there unless I had to. Hillman has a much better selection, and there are cuter people there.

What a wonderful company! Great office staff, and a wonderful educator. Respectful and patient to the new driver, the instructors are top notch, listening to your fears to help improve your abilities. With you from beginning to end and even celebratory when you pass your test! Prices were low compared to other businesses. Excellent! I'd recommend again and again!
