This is the WORST dry cleaner I have ever seen. The first time I took clothes there they lost 2 items and pressed a pair of silk pants incorrectly and ruined them. They showed no concerned and offered no compensation at all. I didn't frequent them for 3 years. This past week I tried them again. I went in to pick up my clothes at the appointed time and once again: they have lost two items and pressed an extremely expensive pair of linen pants incorrectly. Neither the clerk NOR the manager in the central office expressed concern or remorse. I will NEVER frequent them again and strongly advise against taking your business there. Poor service, cavalier attitude and they seem to think it is no big deal to simply lose and damage clothes.
