I have never given a review on any of these sites but I had to warn people.
I gave Ruby's three strikes and now I am extremely upset and disappointed. I wanted to use Ruby's since it is right next to my daily coffee fix and the connivence was unbeatable.
First, they managed to get white marks all over my grey sweater (almost looked like bleach). Second, it took them a week and a half to dry clean a dress for me. Third, and now I am livid, they destroyed a very expensive Anthropologie sweater beyond repair. The sweater came out with stains that it didn't have when it went in!
If you are looking for a dry cleaners in the area avoid Ruby's at all costs! I am just hoping that another competent dry cleaning service can fix Ruby's hideous mistake.
Pros: nice employees
Cons: horrible cleaning and takes forever
