We like Roto-Rooters 6/17/2013

It was Father's Day 2013. 8:00 am. The kitchen sink was clogged 100%. Conventional approaches to unclog did not work. Since it was Sunday we chose to call Roto-Rooters instead of our regular plumber. We were happy to get Lionrick Bolar to work on the problem. The clog was unusually hard, a snake could not get through it after several attempts. This challenging job finally was done very professionally and with a lot of enthusiasm. The bill was reasonable. Lionrick made our Father's Day. more

good service, I had a problem with my tub, turns out it was a warranty problem with bath fitters who didn't install our tube correctly, just waiting on bath fitter to fix the problem. plumber was very informative. more

I love that there is no extra charge for what other companies would call ""after hours"". My service technician arrived after midnight and didn't leave until after 2 AM, still gave me excellent service, and no extra charge. more

Quality service, the technician arrived as scheduled and kept me up-to-date on the progress of the repair. He called and scheduled the camera for the next day, which saved me the trouble of having to do that. I would highly recommend them. more

My kitchen and bathroom sinks were backing up. I called Roto-Rooter and scheduled for them to be out between 5 & 7. Because they were very busy, the technician was running late but they kept me updated via phone calls. When he did get here, he was very friendly and explained everything as he did it. My clog as cleared and he even fixed a leak under my sink before cleaning up after himself. more

My toillet backedup on Saurday. I thought I had resolved the problem but it backed up today. I called Rotor Rooter at about 5:00 p.m and was told someone would be out between 5:30 and 7:00 p.m. Because it was a busy day, Rotor Rooter kept calling to reassure me that the tech would be out. When he came, he apologized for the delay and told me what he would do first to resolve the problem. It worked and Robert was out within a half hour. I loved the service! more

I was told the job wasn't completed until I was satisfied and I was. From extra care to make sure there wasn't a mess, clean up afterward, and the no hurry do it right and test it satisfaction, I knew the problem was gone and I even got a warranty that it would be gone. Awesome. more

I called Roto-Rooter when our sewage system backed up. They came out the same day just a few hours after I called. The technician, Andy, was very helpful and informative. He took his time to make sure that the issue was completely taken care of and that we also understood what was going on. He was very careful to keep things as clean as possible while working and cleaned up when he was done. As a result of this experience, I would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter again. more

We called Roto-Rooter about our garage drain backing up. They got it flowing again within a couple of hours of calling them...but then they wanted to put a camera down the sewer line. Well they did and found out that my main sewer line was broken and needed replaced. Then within 2 days they were at my house and dug up and replaced my sewer line. I am quite pleased with them getting the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone. more

We had Roto-Rooter replace our main sewer line. The work went as expected and I assume the line was installed correctly. However, the job took them only one day and the charge was over $9,000 dollars! I called the field manager to ask why such an exorbitant amount for one day's work, but he did not return my call. I'm not happy about this at all! more

On April 5 2013 I called Roto-Rooter and they quickly sent a technician who came to the house, analyzed the problems and set a date to come back on April 8 2013. He stayed until the rather big job was finished and the price was within the estimate quoted. He did a thorough complete job and cleaned up before leaving. I am 100% satisfied by this Roto-Rooter techmicians work. I have and will probably again use Roto-Rooter in my home. KUDOS to Roto-Rooter and the technician sent to me. more

I contacted Roto-Rooter today because my mainline was backed up. They were at my door and ready to work in less than 30 minutes. This was the fastest plumbing service that I have ever received. I used the same company in september 2012. The plumber who came to my door remembered my issue, knew my concerns and completed the service in a timely and professional manner. I will definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to my friends and family. more

Yesterday, we were facing 3 clogged drains in our home and Roto-Rooter dispatched David Denton and his technician-in-training, Rob. As with previous Roto-Rooter service calls over the years, Dave and Rob were courteous, professional and skilled. They unclogged all of the lines and even rebuilt some of the traps to function more efficiently. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone and I specifically commend Dave and Rob on a job well done. more
