We had really great experience with Third Federal when going through the mortgage process. Matt Hall out of the Tri-County location was able to process our paperwork very quickly. He explained the process very clearly and was helpful afterwards as well when we decided to re-finance and apply additional payments against the pricipal. This is the kind of service that you would expect from a reputable bank. In addition, the interest rates were very competitive and closing costs reasonable.

I must say, Fifth Third has a lot going for them. They have full-service lines of commercial, private and retail banking, trust administration and investment services. Their stock price has been low lately and I feel that is due to rumored mergers or acquisitions, but the bank has still maintained a strong front. They are fairly easy to deal with and it is conveinient for me to do my banking while at the grocery store, as Fifth Third has a bank mart in every Kroger in the area. They are a large enough bank that whereever you go in the midwest, you can always bank at "your bank."

She was willing to discuss my situation over the phone for an extended period of time prior to my coming into the office (and being charged for a consultation). My inital consultation was kept to a minimum due to my having all the information readily available from our phone conversation, thus cutting the cost of the consult. She is very pleasant and states the facts and what is going to take place vs. giving you a bunch of maybe's. It was nice to have someone that did that and thought of the little details upfront. Would recommend to anyone is a custody or child related situation.

We have used this law firm for the preparation of our wills. Setting an appointment was easy and we met with the lawyer on the first time. He walked us though the process of writing a will and asked for our wishes on all facets of the document. There was a one-time fee for this meeting, creation of the will, and storage of the will. The price was very reasonable and the lawyer was very easy to work with.
