Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The first Monday of the year presented me with a sewer line back up. I called Roto-Rooter immediately. I’ve used them before (3 times over 20 years) and have always been pleased. Louis was right on time. He explained what he thought was going on and what he was going to do. I thought this issue was different based on prior experience. Of course, he was right & I was wrong! He was thorough and careful about the mess. Root-Rooter will be back with the camera and we go from there. more

I just used them to open a clogged kitchen drain. The process was pain free and easy. On New Years day I scheduled an appointment for the next day on their website which included picking a 2 hour window for the work. We received a call during the window selected and told they were running behind. About an hour later we received a call to let us know a plumber was available and to confirm we still wanted service. The plumber arrived about 15 minutes later. He was very personable and quickly assessed the situation and provided an estimate. While fixing the problem he took care to protect the floor and keep me informed. He also provided recommendations for keeping the drain clear. The job was complete and paid for in about a half hour. more

Thank you Chris Webster (1727)!!! \r \r My sewer-line backed up on Saturday morning and again on Sunday afternoon and Chris was on the job in less than an hour. He took his time and was very thorough and did not leave until the line was as clean as possible. He recommended I run a camera to determine the ""root"" cause and we indeed saw what was causing the back up. He determined what repairs were needed and pinpointed the exact locations for the repairs. He explained everything in great detail and provided an estimate for the repairs, which I intend to do after the holidays. \r \r I was very satisfied with Chris and Roto-Rooter and appreciate that he came out late on a Sunday evening at no additional cost. I was very impressed with Roto- rooter. I got an appointment less than 2 hours after I called. The technician was very nice and helpful. It did not take very long, he was very professional, and even told me about a coupon to help me save some money. Had a backup in the basement/garage. Called RotoRooter at 1pm and they had a plumber out at 330pm the same day! Both plumbers on site were friendly and willing to answer my questions about what they were doing and why. I even said I wanted a camera run down the drain and he said he will not recommend it or charge me for it until he augers the drain to get a better understanding of what the blockage is. We just bought a house several months back and had no idea we would have sewage problems. Our sewer backed up in our basement late on a Sunday evening and we called Roto-Rooter. They were at our house within an hour. Our technician Chris was professional and very efficient. He unclogged our sewer, which was being clogged by tree roots, and provided great feedback on why this happened and how to fix the problem. Had a plumbing drain issue on Saturday morning in my home in Williamstown, Ky. I tried some of the local guys and none was able to help me at that time. They all told me they could be there 1st thing Monday. That was not going to work. \r \r I gave Rotor Rooter a call and they said they can have a tech onsite in a few hours. 4 Hours later Chris from the Cincinnati Rotor Rooter arrived. Within an hour my drains were unclogged and a camera was ran down my line to to inspect it. My name is Sherry Sargeant and I live in a Victorian home built in the 1800s. The pipes are most likely original, and very difficult at times. However I am very blessed as I have a home, clean water and plumbing. I am grateful to have challenges occasionally.\r \r Roto Rooter sent out Russell and his apprentice Jessi to work on diagnosing two plumbing challenges. The first was a ball valve on the main water line, the second a 4 foot crack and leak in a 20 foot cast iron sewage pipe. \r \r They are the best plumbers I have ever had in my life. Roto-rooter came to my house today after a horrible experience with Jolly plumbing. I was very pleased with the service provided by the operator at my home on Winton Road on Nov. 9. He quickly assessed the problem and got right to work. The problem was roots coming into the exit pipe to the road drain. He worked very hard to cut up the roots and clear the line. He made suggestions about removing a tree in the area that was probably responsible for the roots and offered advice on using a service where a camera is inserted into the pipe to identify the location of the problem. This was very helpful. This was the third time I have used Roto-rooter, twice at my house on Winton Rd and once at my other house in Finneytown. I have always had good service and successful progress. more

With three bathrooms in my 25-yr. old condo, I have been very, very pleased with the services I have received from Joseph and Chuck, both Roto-Rooter plumbers. Not only are they very professional and friendly guys, they are able ""fix"" the problems! You can call Roto-Rooter at any time and they come at your convenience. They do not charge to come and check your problem but give a fair estimate for the work to be done. Then, after correcting the problem and paying a fair price, if you need to call them back for same repair, there is no cost. I have not found other businesses that have such a fair and satisfying policy. more

I had Louis out today from Roto-Rooter and he did a quick and efficient job. I couldn't be happier with the service Roto-Rooter has provided to me today and in the past. They always call and let me know what's going about the arrival time of the technician. Last winter they saved me a lot of headaches considering I had two pipes burst in a weeks time. Considering how bad last winter was they were still able to come out quickly and fix what needed to be done. The best part, every technician I've had out is friendly, curtious, and willing to explain what they are doing and why. Couldn't be happier. more
