If you ever encounter this real estate agency run away, quickly. I don't generally write poor reviews, but this is the one exception. I like supporting small, locally owner businesses, so we decided to list our house with this Realtor. They made promises about marketing and advertising that they made no attempt at delivering upon. The owner lied to us on multiple occasions, and talked poorly about us to each other. They made nice promises and could not deliver. Our next Realtor delivered and sold the property within a week, the problem was not the property. They are sub-par at best.

Huff Realty is conceniently located at Harrison Avenue and Interstate 74. Tim Back is currently an agent there. He offers exceptional service and we will use him to buy and sell our next homes. He is always punctual about returning our phone calls and looking up information that we request. He understands the type of home we would like to purchase and is actively searching listings and homes about to come on the market for us. He can always be reached and has made himself available for weekend and evening hours.

Cagney Weisker & Associates was the buying agent for our last home. We were able to reach the office at all times and they had a convenient location for reviewing and filling out paperwork. The website that is offered by their firm is wonderful. You are able to search home listings easily. They categorize the homes with easy to read sympbols that show if it is an open house, new listing, or under contract. This is a good tool to use when looking for a new home.

We chose Kimberly Thorpe b/c she was the real estate agent of the seller as well - and we wanted to speed things up, and perhaps save ourselves some money. She was proficient for the most part, but we didn't like her personality at all. Next time I would go with someone that was referred to me, or even perhaps go without an agent.
