My toillet backedup on Saurday. I thought I had resolved the problem but it backed up today. I called Rotor Rooter at about 5:00 p.m and was told someone would be out between 5:30 and 7:00 p.m. Because it was a busy day, Rotor Rooter kept calling to reassure me that the tech would be out. When he came, he apologized for the delay and told me what he would do first to resolve the problem. It worked and Robert was out within a half hour. I loved the service!
