Brought car in for oil change and issue with check engine light that continued to come on and go off by itself. Latter was diagnosed and fixed. Also gave me a complete description of other symptoms that might be caused by the failed part - some of which had occurred. Very helpful! more

Robert Peace is my "go to guy" when I need assistance. He has helped me for the last 4 years with my fabulous 2011 Sonata. I always know he will give me the best advice!! All of the employees are great and kudos to the tech guys who we never see who take care of my car!! more

Very friendly people 4/8/2014

took longer than necessary to get phone approval for an oil change. The man at the desk said that was not usually the case and said he was sorry for the wait. The young man that took us outside to get our car was very helpful. My husband ask a question about something on the dash and he showed us what to do and offered a few other hints we were not aware of. He was very polite and knowledgeable. more

Amazing Service! 4/5/2014

Had to have my car towed to Roseville Hyundai. They quickly diagnosed the problem, called me to let me know that it would be covered under my power train warranty, and had me back on the road the same day. Mike kept me informed the entire time. Very happy with service I received. more

This is my second vehicle purchased from Roseville Hyundai and I have never been happier! They go above and beyond expectations from the sales department to the service crew. They always do what is expected and get the job done on time and at a fair price. I appreciate the great attitude and warm welcome I get every time we walk through the door. Too bad that one star is the minimum score. 3/17/2014

Horrible serice. Took from 7am to 9 am to troubleshoot a radio problem. The solution $700. I declined took another 3 hours to replace the upper radiator hse. I have done the same repair in less than an hour (including driving to pick up the new hose). Would I recommend Roseville Hyundai..Absolutely NOT. The service staff is incompetent! And, that is being charitable.. more
