We have dealt exclusively with Rseville Hyundai because of the top shelve customer service we have received over the past 8 years. we have purchased 5 Hyundai' from Roseville because of the very professional manner in which we are treated whenever we go into the store. If all businesses were run the way Roseville Hyundai is run there would be nothing but happy and satisfied comsumers! more

They didn't do the work that I was charged for 3/11/2014

I took my car to another shop after I had my 90,000 mile maintenance done here. I found out that if they did flush the radiator like it stated, the coolant was not replaced and was low. Some of the additional work they quoted was needed was not needed. I feel I got overcharged for an oil change as I appears that all that was done at a cost of over $450.00. I will not be back to your facility. more

I have been extremely satisfied each time I have taken our car in for service. From the way I was greeted to the delivery of the car in a timely manner, service was exceptional! We will be relocating in the next few months and I hope we can find a dealership with this level of service! more

Excellent service and service advisor 3/4/2014

Brought car in for a combination of routine maintenance, a minor recall issue, and a possible repair. Service advisor talked me through all of it so I was comfortable doing, or not doing, the listed items. Work was done competently and promptly, and the price was right. more

Oil drained out of my car and had to be towed 3/4/2014

After my oil change, all of the oil drained out on my drive home. This was very bad. The team was polite, but that was it. Spent all day dealing with a simple oil change. more

Terrible Customer Service 2/28/2014

I only had an oil change and it took over 2 hours to complete. They knew I was waiting for my vehicle but it seemed like no one cared. After 1 1/2 hours I asked about my car and was told that service guys were taking turns being off for lunch. Fine but why wasn't I told that would happen so I could make other arrangements instead of waiting. Also never got an apology until I complained on my way out and that was only after arguing with the service manager. At first he was only giving excuses. Will not have my oil changed there any more. Worst customer service I have ever had. more

oil change 2/28/2014

Purchased my Tucson at Rsvl Hyundai, decided to have my 1st oil change there as well. Everything was OK, until next day when I had oil drips on my garage floor where the hyundai was parked. I checked underneath the car, oil was from plastic shield underneath. They didn't wipe off oil spill from when they empties oil pan. Next time I might just change oil myself. But i got a free car wash and prompt service. more

Fourth time I go to this dealer for oil change. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and I always got the car back in the estimated time or sooner. They akso check the car for possible problems, which makes me confident on the road. more
