Don't even go there. Go anywhere, but don't go to Roseville Hyundai. Management personnel are much more than rude, they lie, they are thugs and once you give them all of your personal information they have you in their teeth. If you want some very bad people to everything about you, then go ahead and do business with them. Otherwise, stay away. Anyone who thinks they got a good deal at Roseville Hyundai, likely got ripped-off and don't even know it. more

Hyundai Roseville is the #1 Ca Hyundai dealer so now they think they can treat their customers like crap. Brought car in for service, broke down before I could get home. I lost the brakes, couldn't steer and keys would not come out of ignition, luckily, I was at a light that just turned green and was not going fast and could coast out of a potentially dangerous sitiuation. Had to wait for tow back to dealer, they apologized but did not offer any other compensation other than a detailing or 1 free oil change. After 8 hours and two attempts, think car is ok but not confident in abilities to fix cars and wish I never brought in the first place cause car was running fine before hand. No follow up pnone call to see if ok or the usual customer service call afterward asking if I received great service, funny how that didn't happen. Please don't give Roseville Hyundai your business, the customer is not valued. more

Excellent and Honest 9/19/2011

I have been looking for a car for a while, wanted a new 2012 Elantra. most dealers I called tried charging me $2000 over sticker.\r Call Roseville got a price $250 over invoice right upfront without having to go through the games.\r When I got there everyone was friendly and helpful. Picked out my car, price was exactly like they said and I even got the color I wanted.\r I would definitly reccomend to friends. Excellent job more

Business Fraud, Contract Forgery, Breach of Contract 8/31/2011

I purchased an extended vehicle warranty with my vehicle from Roseville Hyundai. Upon seeking repairs for my car, I was told that my warranty had expired; however the contract that I agreed to and signed did not indicate the same terms as what Roseville Hyundai was telling me. After numerous attempts to obtain a copy of this 'other' contract had failed, I complained to the Better Business Bureau who was also unable to get a response from them. Consequently, BBB revoked Roseville Hyundai's association and closed my complaint file as 'unresolved'. A couple months later I went to small claims court where the Judge found that Roseville Hyundai had 'hand-written' expiration terms over the existing terms, which I had agreed, in effect committing contract forgery and business fraud. I have since filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and am filing a police report to have criminal charges brought against this business by the District Attorney. Do NOT support this business, as it is common practice for them to earn profits using unfair and deceptive business practices. Fraud, Forgery, Breach of Contract and Misrepresentation...both Roseville and Sacramento Hyundai are owned by the same people - beware, good cars, bad dealers more

Service department SUCKS!!!! 4/6/2011

0 stars! Horrible horrible service. Made an appt online for a oil change. After placing it I had an email saying someone would get back to me... No one did. It took 2 hours for them to change my oil. Then they came and told me my rear brakes were really bad. I believed them and paid $300! When I got home I compared their checklist on my car, to a older one that I had from last time. The front brakes were marked "" need future attention"" and the rear brakes were marked"" good"" somehow the front brakes now were checked good and the rear bad. I went back to try and dispute it. They told me that whoever worked on my car last time made a mistake, because this time they had the # 1 guy work on my car. So unless the # 1 tech works on your car, you can't really be sure that your car is 100% safe? Do not go here!! They also wanted to charge me $363 to put a small speaker back on my door that had fallen off. more

EXCELLENT JOB 11/23/2010

I visited the website of ROSEVILLE HYUNDAI after finding the car that I wanted, I asked for a quote. Very soon I was contacted by a very friendly person who give me all the information that I needed. He made it easy for me to make up my mind and finalized my decision. The next day I visited the dealership and met NIck and went through the paper work and every thing work out very good. Worst Dealership Ever! 11/21/2010

If only I could give this place 0 stars. I purchased a wonderful Hyundai from probably the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with! Besides the sales manager that copped a major attitude with my husband and I while trying to negotiate the price of the vehicle I witness said manager chewing out other employees in front of numerous customers in a completely unprofessional manner. The sales person called my husband and I several times at home over the course of a four or five days after we purchased the vehicle for various reason, mainly to see if ""everything was OK"". We chose to fill out the customer service surveys thinking they were confidential only to get called last night and questioned by the sales person in a confrontational manner as to why he got the rating he got. When I explained our position I was then threatened. The sales person told me ""I have all your information, if I wanted to I could l make your life difficult. I could make it hard for you to purchase another Hyundai elsewhere."" When I called his manager to complain I got the same sale manager I worked with who basically gave me the brush off. In my opinion Roseville Hyundai is a dealership that the customer is to be argued with, harassed, and threatened; not one where the customer is to be treated with respect! Now a few days after speaking with the general sales manager my husband received a call from a man looking for a date saying he saw a personal add with my husband's name and phone number. We both think this may be the sales person trying to ""make our lives difficult."" more

I’ve got to admit, I’m baffled by the negative reviews I’ve seen on this site for Roseville. I’ve had very good service from them for as long as I’ve been a customer of theirs. They’ve never been rude to me, never tried to deceive me, and have never tried to bully me in any way. I got my Hyundai Sonata from them 2 years ago, and it was in great shape, plus the financing was very reasonable. Everyone treated me with respect and courtesy, and they all seemed very knowledgeable about their fields. They’ve even been great about contacting me for regularly scheduled maintenance, and anytime I’ve called them about something, like the time I needed my starter fixed, they’ve always gotten back to me right away and gotten any repairs done quickly. I’ve been very happy with this dealership, and I’d encourage anyone looking for a car, especially a Hyundai, to go to them. Pros: Customer Service more

The customer service at Roseville Hyundai is the worst. Do not trust the sales people, do not trust the sales managers, do not trust service, do not trust the service managers. They will lie and say whatever they have to in order to get you to buy the car and have no intention of following through with their promises. They tried the bait and switch and are guilty of false advertising. Worst experience ever!! Beware of Roseville Hyundai and Hyundai Consumer Affairs! 1/16/2008

We purcahsed a 2007 Limited from Roseville Hyundai in California in December. To be clear the deal went smooth, we got a fair price and the dealer delivered the car to Reno to save us about 2 more hours of driving. We are located in a remote part of Calif. and the drive to Reno is 41/2 hours. The car was delivered dirty as it had just snowed. No Problem. The sales person never did a walk around with us. Turns out after wiping some road dirt away there was a 4 inch long scratch on the rear bumper cap. Upon notifiying the dealer (along with e-mailing photos) and fighting with them for almost 3 weeks they agreed to pay for the cost of fixing the scratch. The deal was I would get a local estimate, which I did, and fax them a copy. If they approved the cost I could proceed to have it fixed. The cost was only $186.00. After waiting another week (and several e-mails they claim they never got) for thier reply I called them. They said go ahead. I asked for them to put that in writing since I would have to pay out of pocket and be re-embursed by the dealer later. They refused saying thier word is good enough, take it or leave it. Thier sales manager even hung up on me and now they won't take my calls. (all of this is documented) So much for customer service. The salespeople are unprofessional, untrained and rude. The management has huge egos and major attitudes. I reported this to Hyundai consumer affairs (case number 3193536). They took down the info and called the dealer while I was put on hold. After about 10 minutes the rep at consumer affairs came back to me and said the dealer had been very rude to him and hung up on them. He said he would elevate this to the highest level and assigned a case number to it. Upon following up with Hyundai consumer affairs they refused to get involved and said it's between me and dealer, sorry and good luck. \r That is the worst customer service. They have destroyed any faith I may have had in thier corporation. You are on your own. \r \r Pros: Decent price offered. Cons: Lousy customer service. Very unprofessional. Very rude. Don't honor thier word. more
