took longer than necessary to get phone approval for an oil change. The man at the desk said that was not usually the case and said he was sorry for the wait. The young man that took us outside to get our car was very helpful. My husband ask a question about something on the dash and he showed us what to do and offered a few other hints we were not aware of. He was very polite and knowledgeable.
