I've leased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra for 20 months now. In that time, my experience with my dealer, Roseville Hyundai, has been excellent. Through three service visits and with occasional questions, their staff has been prompt, courteous, forthcoming and completely professional. I recommend them without reservation. more

Service scheduling is not accurate 1/8/2014

We scheduled a recall work through the Internet. We were told to drop off the car at 1:15 PM. After dropping the car off, we were told it would be ready by 6 PM. When we arrived around 6 PM, we were told the work didn't even start yet. We ended up waiting until 7:30 PM (or later) before the recall work was done. more

Worth the trip! 1/1/2014

I always take my Elantra to Roseville Hyundai despite advice that "taking it to the dealer costs too much; they see you coming." The service managers have gone out of their way to service my car and have at times, charged me nothing because the repair was so slight. I appreciate their professionalism and courtesy. more

My husband and I love Roseville Hyundai. Robert Peace in the service department always takes such good care of us and makes sure we are happy, satisfied customers. Management and sales, Brian, Chris and Joey are always quick to make sure that all of our questions are answered and if we have any concerns they make sure we are taken care of quickly.
