The service representative, feeling like you are being well taken care of, having things explained to you, honesty of the service representatives, friendliness, feeling welcomed, things are explained to you about your servicing, discounts are important and helpful financially, they always wash my car and always feel accommodated. more

Hyundai of Roseville is the best dealership I have ever done business with in over 4 decades of driving. Their mechanical work is bullet-proof, the dealership is spotless, and the service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable. And, best of all, they meet or beat the time and cost estimates they give! Hyundai... !Disco!, very rushed, not thorough!!! 11/10/2013

They herd you in and out... no assurance the work was actually done.. just well call you when the parts are available, never received a call... also the brakes make slipping, vibrating noise (still under warranty) and they just say that's how they are from factory... the radio unit is malfunctioning, and they said they would replace it, when the parts arrive... and call me, I haven't received a call in a month the... The previous owner is still In their computer, they changed it 4 times in one day while I was there (super time consuming).. its still emailing me saying I'm someone else. Also they gave me printed documents with the previous owners personal phone, address, and name ... and said it'll be updated next time. Not a good experience! Cheap, and they had my car all day and when I called before they closed to pick it up, they randomly stated they may keep it thru the week, or will need 2 more hours (as if they forgot and just quickly started!) Very frustrating I'll never know! more

Customer service and quality if servuce 10/30/2013

Each time I have visited this dealership, I have had the best of service from polite and helpful staff. I have never had to come back due to poor quality of service. The staff are especially nice to work with. Robert Peace has been the service agent I have had the good fortune to work with each time I have visited the dealership. He has always taken good care of me and my car. more

No Communication 10/30/2013

Left to wait all day before finding out anything with vehicle. I called 3 times with promises of return calls and never got them. Dropped off at 8am didn't get back till almost 6 for basic repairs. i had to do all the calling to get info on vehicle more

I came in worried about a tire I had gotten a hole in-I left a very happy lady, was trusted with a tire I had not paid for(waiting for warranty confirmation). Steve had made me a very,very happy person & removed most of my worry. I was later called by Steve & was asked how I felt about the warranty he had explained to me. I came in JUST to pay my bill so I could thank him in person, he was gone to lunch & I got to see Robert again(one of my most fave people @ Roseville Hyundai). I'm thankful for the wonderful people that work there & their genuine concern for my happiness. more
