I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and had it back by noon. I felt they were very honest about what repairs my car needed and plan to bring it to them in the future. more

adjusting the bill 3/30/2014

Replacing the recommended sensor didn't correct the problem so the original quote was reduced and I was told whom to see as GM specialists to have it repaired. more

Things have changed 3/13/2014

My work was done correctly--however it was obvious that the service writer is a novice at what he does, took over 20 minutes to get the service ticket written. I am not 100% happy with the changes which have been made at Richard's--for example I had to go to Lexus to fight for warranty repairs for a problem you found---before, you fought the battle for me, and won! So will be watching but perhaps the changes are not for the better more

Replaced a catalytic convertor and got the truck ready for smog certification. Richard's was easy to work with, and got the job done, saving me substantial amounts of $ over what the dealer was going to charge. more
