Good, Efficient Service 10/28/2015

I made an appointment for a AAA special inspection on Friday afternoon and was told someone would contact me on Monday to confirm my Tuesday afternoon appointment. When nobody did, I called, and was told my appointment was shown as 8:00 Tuesday morning, but 1:00 pm would be OK. Once I got there, everything went smoothly, and my car was ready to go in about an hour, which was great. I was satisfied with the staff and the service I received on Tuesday. more

The team there are so honest and fair. The car called for a big checkup but when I brought it in I was reminded that so much of the major work had been done last visit. So, I paid for an inspection and oil change with a small bill. So comforting to know they tend to look after you more

AAA recommended, in biz 30+ years 10/11/2015

I went in expecting about $50 for a simple lube and oil change. $1,984 and a day and a half later I got my car back. New clutch, several new parts, lots of labor, clean fluids, etc. I wasn't terribly happy, but not surprised much either. It had been a long time since my car had even had an oil change, much less any other maintenance. And I'd been ignoring the "check engine" light for MANY months. It seems to run smoother and cleaner now - maybe I'll even get better mileage! more

Friendly, fast and Comprehensive Service! 9/4/2015

We go to Richards Accurate because they take such good care of us! Friendly service, realistic quotes, transparent invoices and extras! (Like washing your car, saving you money when they can, easy to get a hold of and explains in English what's happening to your vehicle). I've driven my car into Richard's with a sensor on and they make an adjustment for FREE! It's great work and old fashioned customer service that keeps us coming back. more

Follow up to my front end work 8/17/2015

After axle transplant a couple months ago had unusual rattles in the front end. Should have come in earlier to have mechanics take another look. Staff was very courteous when I came back, took a look, and fixed the problem. Car is running smoothly and without rattles. PTL PS _ I should have come back right away. more
