Regal Autowash

NEVER GO HERE! They detailed my car and lost my headrest. After speaking to several people including the so-called Operations Manager, they are doing nothing about it. It will cost me $200 for a new headrest! Still trying to track down the Corporate Office contact info but of course nobody there will give us the info! more

You can tell this place was hopping years ago. But now, the lobby looks like some sort of near bankrupt business. They have very few people working, which usually keeps the wait too long on the weekends, and finally you get about the same quality wash in a $10 gas station for $30 at this place. And that's actually being a little rude to gas station car washes. more

I was never thrilled with this place but used it because it was convenient. Recently, my experience made me plan to never go back! My car is keyless so I just put the ""keyless key"" in the cup holder. After I started driving home, the car started flashing ""key missing"". I called and they said they didn't have it. I asked for the manager to call and never received a call. I took the car to the dealer to get a new $200 key programmed while performing additional service, they found the key wedged between the bottom of the windshield and the hood. So...Regal must have thrown my key on the roof and it slid down when the car was driven. Accidents happen, but they should be resolved with excellent customer service. I have found excellent cleaning and customer service at Miles Autowash and think it is worth the extra drive. more

Zero, Zero, Zero. This is not the cost of the bill but the below average help, service & satisfaction. For Mom's Day, 2011, I had received a gift card to REGAL CAR WASH & was more than ready, needing to use it. So later on into the month, I go in on a Sunday knowing that a full detail will be a 4 hr job, but only when done properly. After checking over my car with the attendant & the assistant manager my car looked worse then when I brought it in. Not only did the STOOGE DETAILER not so much as even run my car through the wash, as he is handing over my keys he said that my battery is dead. I looked @ him in disgust & asked with a dumbfounded look on my face & said, "" WHAT""? Apparently they not only listened to the radio blaring to drain the battery, but my vehicle was severely damaged. Not only did I, along with the Ass. Manager have to push my vehicle out of the bay, I waited and the detailer who had possession of my car from the beginning pulls up his beater to jump the battery. After letting it run & recharge I get out to check the work over. Instantly appalled. Just from staring straight at it things were never even started. Along the passenger side of the vehicle from the door to the front right wheel fender was 3 Large brand new scratches black and deep. STAY AWAY. After the Assistant manager acted as if he sees, knows & agrees that everything we walked through together pertaining to my car, was HORRIBLE & INCOMPREHENSIBLE work on their behalf. I left with 2 FREE FULL DETAILS given to me from the Assistant Manager to try to cover the shotty work & a see you tomorrow as I am driving away, but instead the next day I received estimates for body car damage. 2 grand for the damaged caused by this company alone strictly to my vehicle. This happened twice so far. My new Lexus has 18inch low-profile tires. The railing at the car wash entry stratches the rim if the attendee drives in without care. I complainted and the mamanger tried to argue with me that it did not happen there even though I told him I checked it before it went in and after it came out. If you have a luxury car with low-profile tires avoid this car wash at all cost. more

Regal,\r \r I just left your business. I purchased the ""Master"" wash. It was clear all of you wanted to leave early and rushed to get my car ""finished"". The girls responsible for the interior cleaning just simply did not do their job and stared me down when I asked them nicely to please finish cleaning the leather seats. Of course one of the problems could have been that none of them could speak a lick of English. I get home to find that my headlights are still ridden with bugs and my entire back seats and trunk were not even cleaned/vaccuumed! I will never patron your place again and I will never refer anyone to you. It is time Americans take a stand and quit rewarding lazy work ethic with their money and time! more

I had my seats and carpet shampooed and had to go back to have them go over it again! First time they just brought the dirt to the service. They didn't spend enough time on it with the extractor. It looked worse than when I first brought it in. I used to detail for Lexus for a couple of years so I know how this stuff works. Just a bunch of young inexperienced and un-personable kids working there. Would never go back. I ended up having to go over it myself with some foaming cleaner after the second time I went back and that made it looked better than what they did!!! They didnt have any seat covers either so they thru a couple of small garbage bags in there. So my girlfriend and I drove home getting wet clothes which by the way stained our clothes from the poor job they did by just bringing the dirt to the surface and not extracting it all the way!!! Cons: inexperienced kids, poor work performed more
