One of the best family clinics I've been too, but not for people who want a doctor to gives people unnecessary the meds they think they need. Dr. Wolfe is wonderful and truly cares about me and my family. Shes been my doctor since I was a kid. In fact without her help my mother wouldn't be around today, However she is going to tell you the truth and not baby you. Take a page from Micheal Jackson's book and be happy about that. Nashvillegirl- your story sounds weak at best, actually it doesn't make sense at all. "Yes, you have pains?Ah ha Infertility must be the reason!" You've got to be kidding me! Was it possibly because you didn't get the pain pills you were wanting? Also, speaking from someone who has seen several specialist, the chances of you getting your results in 24hours are slim. I've had to wait up to a week up north (where unfortunately where I've moved for school), and the ultra sound was done in the same medical complex! If you don't want to see a nurse practitioner or wait then make an appointment like everywhere else, and if you think you have ability to self diagnose then perhaps you should consider going to med school. Otherwise, try this place. I don't think Dr.Wolfe is taking new patients anymore, but some of the other Docs are. Martha is wonderful and level headed. So, if you get to see her by glad!
Oh by the way... Dr. Wolfe was in the hospital and almost passed in March and April of 2008 so savanh and INgirl how could you have seen her?
Pros: Great care, will go the extra mile
Cons: Waits can be long becasuse its such a busy clinic

i changed my doctor, and this man took time and gave me the proper tests and medications that a careing doctor should,,,,,i rarely ever even got to see my other doctor as there was always a fill in there,,,,,,this doctor is human and worth the wait... not ill see ya in 6 months

I started seeing Dr. Ross a few years ago as my primary care physician based on a friend's recommendation. He was initially quite friendly and remains somewhat so now. His office is usually on time. Sometimes he seems rushed, but no more so than most doctors, I guess. He has a good personality and a couple of times I went to see him and I was distraught or upset. He shoots straight but has compassion and tries to use humor to ease you if you are upset. He seems to be more caring than most doctors i have been to and would recommend him.
The absolute best part of his office, though, is his staff. His nurse is WONDERFUL and often times I see the nurse practitioner, Ellen. She is AWESOME. One time she needed to spend some extra time with me and left the room to see some other patients and then came back to spend as much time as neccessary with me. I adore her. She is kind and compassionate and friendly.
Pros: On time, easy parking, friendly staff, same day appointments available

While I truly liked the doctor that I saw, I got spotty "customer" service when there was an issue with getting a prescription approved by my insurance company.
As soon as I would call in and tell the switchboard operator that I had a question about a prescription, I was immediately sent to a voice mail box where--I'm not too surprised--I never got a single call back. After three such instances, I had to get a bit angry on the phone to get some help.
I will probably not ever go back to this doctor's office.
