Great location and friendly locals make this place so comfortable, also the owner Betsy is the one to look for if you love a great bloody mary... I have lived all over the usa and have been to the finest restaurants ... and I have to say this is my home away from home... you can enjoy a romantic table away from the bar or go and hang out at the bar with the locals and they will always make you feel like family .... and the food is excellent!! My wife and I went here on a saturday night around 6:30 PM We found the waitstaff to be helpful and friendly, removed plates were cleared quickly. Even though it was crowded , our food was received quickly. I am not sure what happened to the other reviews where they said the service was slow but ours was great. Pros: Food, Location more

I absolutely love Quattro and have been going since they opened about 2 years ago. The food is delicious and always hits the spot for not a lot of money. The atmosphere is fantastic because there is the absolute best people-watching and I always meet some friendly and cool folks every time I go up there. The staff is sweet and doesn't mind if you bring your pooch and will even bring them a little treat and fresh water! The staff is the absolute best. All of the owners are hott (especially Betsy) and the rest of the employees are absolutely adorable. Jackie is one of my favorites, the sweetest lady! And Anna is precious! She will definitely make you laugh! Ask for them! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and guarantee a good time. Quattro is definitely worth checking out! Me and couple of my friends were looking for a good italian food in downtown and we took a chance on this restaurant. What a disappointment it was. The food was terrible, too stringy and taste bad. The atmosphere is not good at all. What a bad experience. Cons: Terrible experience more

I've eaten here a bunch of times & have always had good service, great food, huge portions & a very reasonable tab. The fact that it is on the park makes the experience all the more better.\r I highly recommend it if your walking around the park. more

We were just at Quattro recently with our three children (ages 6,5,3). We ordered the hummus with pita bread, the sweet potato chips w/gorgonzola dip, a salad and a pizza. The food was great and the wait staff were super sweet to our kids and made sure to get our pizza order in right away so that it came out quickly. My husband and I both loved the hummus, sweet potato chips and salad we shared! We love this location as it is right on Piedmont Park and we enjoyed taking a walk after lunch. We also enjoyed sitting outside and just watching people walking by. We will definitely be back!! Pros: Great Food Cons: Can not think of anything more

Within the past week, I went to Quattro with a large group. We ordered 3 pitchers of beer and when the waitress brought them out, NONE of them were full. Each pitcher was missing enough for one beer. I asked my boyfriend to say something, and although he could not hear me, the waitress said to me, ?HONEY, I am right here, I can hear everything you are saying, say it to my face?.? And she continued with a very obnoxious, unprofessional tone. Every single person at our table looked like a deer caught in headlights as a result of the horrible service. She stated she would get us more beer, since they were not full and when she returned she attempted to apologize by saying ?I?m sorry, BUT, I could hear you and wanted you to say it to my face?. I didn?t want to our order to be tainted in the kitchen so I just smiled and went on with the evening. Our appetizer came out 5 minutes after our entrees. We have been to the restaurant a number of times with a large group and never had gratuity added to our split checks, however, she added 20% gratuity to each check. Needless to say, I will not return and I recommend proper training of the wait staff. Additionally, the manager seemed to enjoy slapping one waitress on the bottom as he walked by her when there were no employees in sight. The things that make you go, hmmm. I have been there many times. Quattro has great food a perfect location (i live near the park) and the service has always been great. They just changed the menu awhile back and the two new pizzas are fantastic! I will be back! Pros: location. food. people watching more

Absolutely horrible. We were the first customers on a Saturday morning and it took 40 minutes to get the appetizer then another 20 for entrees. Even the server commented on how long it took by stating; ""that took long enough"". We sat outside as the interior reeked of clorox bleach. Clearly they do not follow the environmental department guidelines for safe food handling and sanitizing.\r Just awful. Not one positive thing to say. A friend and I went here on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon because it has a great patio and is right on the park. I was very impressed with the menu selection and the prices, but that's about as far as the good experience goes. A gust of wind blew one of the umbrellas at the table next to us up and out of it's stand, and luckily, the girl sitting there caught it. A waitress came out and said she was going to need to take down all the umbrellas, but oddly, she only took down ours and no one else's. So, a few minutes later, another gust of wind came and picked up an umbrella and it flew across the patio, hitting me and my friend in the stomach. It felt like we had been punched in the stomach. My salad ended up all over the table, my lap, my shoes, and mixed in with my friend's salad. Disappointingly, no one came to check on us to see if we were ok. A patron at the next table was kind enough to flag down a waitress and tell her she needed to check on us, which she did, with very little enthusiasm. Our waitress brought out another salad for me and all she said was ""Sorry bout that guys"" like she really could care less that we had just been attacked by a giant umbrella that SHE was supposed to take down. Other than that, I asked for ice for my water, and never got it. She said she was bringing more water, but never did. We never got checked on, regarding the food, our drinks, how we were doing, or anything else. It's such a shame because the location is awesome and the food was decent, but the service was so despicable and the waitresses were so unprofessional that I will never return, and would encourage you not to either. I was invited to eat at Quattro with a friend and found the experience to be top notch. The atmosphere is great...located right on the edge of Piedmont Park. I hate going to a restaurant and sitting on a patio with no view and no people. Quattro is just the opposite. You're right on the corner of the park in midtown, so you have dozens of people walking by. In a city of beautiful people, it's great to sit and watch everybody go by as you enjoy your meal. I highly recommend the patata fritti (sweet potato chips with a gorgonzola sauce) the flavor combination is awesome. Their hummus is great, and actually could be an entree if you're just looking to eat something light and quick. Their paninis and pizzas are the best in town!! I worked in a restaurant that made paninis and pizzas (who happens to be local competition for Quattro) and I have to admit I enjoy the food at Quattro much more. The flavors are much more suitable to an adults palette, and the foods rival the best of the Italian pizzerias in New York City's 'Little Italy'. Our server; Juan, was very helpful in guiding us through our menu and helping us to choose our meal. I highly recommend anyone looking for great italian food at a fair cost to dine at Quattro. Quattro has a great view of piedmont park for outdoor seating. Indoor seating is sparse and not very pretty. Food is pretty good. I liked the sweet potato chips with gorgonzola and the capri panini. This was my first visit to Quattro and it was better than I expected. The outdoor patio seating was perfect for a warm spring night. My boyfriend and I had the grilled bread with dipping oil, and it was very good and inexpensive. We each got sandwiches, and both were very flavorful and filling. I would definitely tell friends to check this place out! more

Some co-workers and I were in the neighborhood on a Friday and called ahead for a to-go order. Our order was ready in a flash (12 minutes) and the food was fantastic. The sweet potato chips and gorgonzola appetizer was spectacular (not too greasy on the chips, either). The pizza was flavorful and more than enough for two to share. My wife and I had a beautiful evening on Quattro's patio. The location couldn't be any better at the entrance to Piedmont Park. They even let us bring our dog. We sipped on a few glasses of wine which are all the same price 6.50. We had the sweet potato chips with a gorgonzola cheese sauce a capri panini and a roma pizza. The pizza was the freshest and the best in Atlanta by far. Thank you for finally giving us good pizza in Atlanta. Next time we come back we're going to try the gelato, it looked tasty also. I was so excited when I saw they were putting a new place next to Willy's at Piedmont park. I live in the neighborhood and I was getting tired of going to the same old places and waiting for an hour. Quattro was certainly a welcomed sight. My partner and I ate brunch there last Sunday. I had the Americano Breakfast Pannini with a side of the potatos. He ordered the breakfast pizza, it was pretty big. The pizza alone would have been enough for both us.We ordered mimosas and enjoyed the early morning sun on the patio. Great place.
